I recently had the pleasure of spending a relaxing weekend at this delightful Airbnb with two friends, and I can’t say enough good things about our experience! The place exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect escape we were looking for. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty and how well taken care of it was. Both the owner and Mibin went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, and they were extremely helpful throughout our stay. We definitely accomplished our goals of unwinding and enjoying time together. The location felt wonderfully secluded, yet it was just a stone's throw from the main road, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Once we took a little time to familiarize ourselves with the neighborhood, getting around was a breeze! And let me just mention the food—fresh and delicious! It truly enhanced our experience. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to recharge and enjoy some time away in a beautiful setting.

It is a great place to stay at. Nice spacious apartment with parking and great view of the bay from balcony. It has many restaurants just outside the apartment complex down on road within walking distance. To sum it up I would say photos don't do justice to the apartment as the apartment is much more beautiful and spacious than the pictures which owner has displayed. It was really comfortable stay and I would recommend everybody to stay their as it's a experience on its own and I would stay here only if I am back to Kochi again.

Mr Sunil and Dr Susan were gracious hosts and communicated everything clearly and accurately. I didn't face a single problem throughout my stay and had all amenities. The breakfast offered was delicious and the flat was clean and comfortable! Their flat is great if you're visiting Fort Kochi

It was super awesome and so good. The place is a heaven with Periyar river view. Huge place for this rate and has all the basic amenities. Harold is a very good host to boost. Always responsive and ready to help you out in case of any issues. I'll recommend this place to everyone who are coming in a group of 4 or more.

A Home Away From Home Madilina House wasn't just a place to stay; it was a home away from home. The moment we pulled up to the property, we knew we were in for something special. The lush greenery, the serene lake, and the beautifully designed house instantly captivated us. Our family get-together couldn't have been more perfect. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kayaking was a blast - the calm waters and the peaceful surroundings were just what we needed to unwind. But what really made our stay unforgettable were the hosts, Abhilash and Karma. They were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Karma, in particular, was always there to help, ensuring we had everything we needed. Her attention to detail was impeccable. We were so sad to leave Madilina House. It was the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and hospitality. We'll definitely be coming back!

The place was beautiful and well located, the caretaker was very responsive and helpful was always ready to help out with anything told to him, and ofcourse Gayathri was the icing on the cake. Overall a great experience, will definitely recommend the place to anyone interested, thanks a lot for making it a wonderful stay for us.

Sunu is a great host, extremely helpful and open person. He's very responponsive and ready to support, regardless of the need. The house itself is located in beautiful area, it's very spacious and clean. Fully reccomend it to everyone. Thank you once again Sunu, it was a pleasure to be your guest.

The stay was really good and as expected. Ample space to enjoy with a nice backwater view.
