Vacation rentals in Kut Sa

The building itself is one of the most modern buildings in the area and is well situated in the city. It has very attentive and friendly staff and modern conveniences. It also seems friendly to short-term rentals. Check-in was a little complicated by the level of security in the building (e.g. potentially needing to get a guest pass to get into the building to get to the mailboxes). Access to a parking spot was included, which is great if you want to bring a car. The unit itself is a very compact 1-bedroom, but was nice and had all the basics. The host was very responsive and helpful and the unit had lots of complimentary water, coffee, tea, paper supplies, etc. However, there were no cleaning supplies, extra trash bags, etc. And while there is a clothes washer, it doesn't feel like guests are really welcome to use it. The WiFi is not great in the unit (likely a mobile hotspot), and was not working for me. I just tethered to my phone, which was probably as fast or faster.

This resort is beautiful, quiet, and just simply a getaway. Would not recommend with kids cause it is so far away from town. It does have convenient stores each direction with amazing people. The host is Amazing and was very helpful when asked questions. I would definitely stay here again but maybe just with my husband as a nice getaway!

Adunsak's place is a large guesthouse tucked away in a very peaceful yet convenient location north of Udon Thani city centre. Although there were only two of us, the property can easily accommodate six adults having one room with a double bed and two rooms, each with twin beds. There are three shower rooms, all with a toilet and hand basin, plus a kitchen, and dining and sitting areas. There is offroad parking for at least three cars and air conditioning in all bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay at Adunsak's place and hope to return one day. Recommended!

My wife stayed at Wissanu's propery for 9 nights. She said she really enjoyed her stay here. She commented on how clean the property was and that the kitchen had everything they needed for cooking. She liked the fact that the neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe at all times because of the vigilant security on the main gate and the security booth located outside the property. The host was very responsive to our messages and helpful. We would be happy to book here again for our next visit to Udon Thani.

Location is great, few minutes to famous landmark such as central, UD town, Bangkok hospital. 7-11 is next door to the condo. The room fits 2 people comfortably and there is basic things for the stay including air purifier. Building staff is extremely nice, host is very responsive and always check if we need anything which is very kind. I have good experience stayed here, highly recommended

This is the perfect house for a family or for digital nomads who want to spend time in comfort with top notch super fast internet. The house has many rooms which serve as separate spaces for parallel conversations. For the kids, there are plenty of surprises that will keep them busy. The washing machine is super useful. Although it's not in the very center of the city, it's not too far from the main tourist area and in the adjacent street there are plenty of eateries that open at night. Peethakorn is super responsive and helpful and we had a splendid time at his place.

This is a 5 star place all the way. We loved our time there, the place, the food and the kindness of the people running it. I would book again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making it a lovely stay.

This place is a great alternative to a condo in the city. If you are looking for a more authentic place to stay in, this place is it. It is a beautiful Thai style apartment that is larger than most condos in the area. It is also in a prime and desirable location. There is a beautiful garden and the host’s cafe next door. In addition, there are multiple 7-11s, street food vendors within walking distance, and the famous Nong Prajak Park right across the street. Staff is nearby all the time if you need help. 10/10 would recommend

The place was absolutely up to scratch. Nathalie all the credit as the world, possibly we were missing a closet, we stayed several nights.

Perfect location, clean room good value for money

Great view from the 12th Floor , lovely comfy king size bed. Everything you need , lovely big fridge. It’s very quite there no traffic noise easy to get grab to we’re ever you want though there were a couple of good places to eat Thai style within about 100mts + there’s a 7/11 about 30 yards away. It was a lovely sheltered condo as it was not facing the sun, which was a bonus as the last place we stayed we had the sun coming into the lounge & bedroom from around midday till sundown which made the condo very hot inside were as Gales condo is the opposite, it’s nice & cool inside. Also there is a water purification system so you can drink straight from the tap. I would rate this 9/ 10 & it would be a 10/10 if the condo was bigger but that’s just the way there built nowadays , but it was ok for 3 days with 2 people & Gale is a great host definitely a 10/10..

Warisa's condo is perfectly located in the city centre close to the fantastic restaurant and shopping area with its great atmosphere. Ideal for holiday as well as a work stay.
