Adhiraj's place is terrific! I stayed for a month while in Nepal for work and I couldn't have been happier. The apartment is just as he describes -- cozy, warm & comfortable. It's compact but the layout is smart. Everything I needed for an extended stay was there. Adhiraj and his family were an added bonus. They were always welcoming but never intrusive. Super friendly & very kind. Perfect English, so easy communication. A lovely home base where I felt safe & cared for. Location: one of the most desirable residential neighborhoods in Lalitpur, home to middle class Nepalis & expats. It's surrounded by upscale restaurants and shops, a 30 minute walk to Patan Durbar Square & an easy taxi ride to spots in Kathmandu proper. If you want to be in the cultural heart of the city, this is not the location. But if you are looking for less density, ease, international amenities & (relative) quiet while still being close to everything KTM has to offer, this is an exceptional choice.

Fabulous spot to stay with stunning views of the city and mountains. Mukesh , our host was really freindly and kind enough to give us briefing about nearby local restaurants and culture. The location itself is perfect , lots of nearby pubs, market and shopping spots. Our apartment was clean and had all the stuffs needed to make it feel like home.

The best stay possible for anyone looking for pure relaxation and views out of the busy city of Kathmandu, suman provided some very nice traditional Nepalese food and helped with anything we needed. Great hiking routes nearby

Serenity Stay is located within the Boudha stupa compound and offers a full view of the stupa from the bedrooms. The location is ideal if you want to enjoy the view of the stupa and do the circumambulation. The apartment has a washer and drying rack, making it easy to do laundry. There is also an electric fireplace, which is great for winter. The shower is good, and hot water is readily available. Jamphel, the host is extremely friendly and helpful. He is also very responsive to any questions. Overall, we enjoyed our time at Serenity Stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed our stay with Cody Nepal. We would highlight recommend them to anyone staying in Kathmandu.

Situated in peaceful residential area. Google sometimes shows thin lanes as best route. Always coordinate with the owner. He was very helpful. My only concern was that there were no fan in the rooms. Though not required throughout the year in Kathmandu but in June it was hot and humid.
