We stayed as a family for 3 nights. The house is spacious and spacious, and the rooms are large. There is a living room with 2+1 open kitchen. One of the rooms has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The other room has 3 single beds. The kitchen supplies are enough, the garden is nice. The house was clean when we went. Mr. Atilla greeted me at the entrance, gave all the necessary information, he is also a very nice host. The house is in a quiet complex. It's perfect for relaxing. It's about 2 km from the beach, but the beach road is flat and hassle-free. If you have your own vehicle, there will be no problem. There is a shared pool in the compound, very close to the house. The size is sufficient and very clean, not crowded. The number of people in the pool for 3 days did not exceed 10, which we were already 5. We didn't even go to the beach because we had 2 young children. There is a grocery store within the site where you can meet your small needs, and its distance to other large grocery stores is about 1 km away. We had a short but very enjoyable holiday and returned rested. Thank you Mr. Atilla

My family and I wanted to have a peaceful vacation away from the crowds of the city and we found what we were looking for. A pristine house, clean sheets, clean bathrooms and towels... Complete with everything from the drying towel in the kitchen, to the washer and dishwasher. Every need was considered. The evening we spent in the garden was peaceful and enjoyable. In addition, Ms. Hatice and Mr. Nurettin were very interested. Thank you for making us feel at home!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful apartment. Great balcony view. Beside marina and city centre, M Mustafa was always available to help us . Internet was weak sometimes , this was explained to me by Host. I would stay here again when I return to Kusadasai. Thanks M Mustafa for your hospitality .

Atakan is a caring and friendly host, we have gained a friend not just for a temporary holiday, the location of the house is very close to the aqua park and the main pool, the on-site grocery store is sufficient and there is no need to go off the facility. The on-site restaurant has met expectations. Full price performance servicing appeals too much to the eye and pocket compared to the outside. There is no incident such as sun loungers. It can be found at any time. The neighborhood is very nice on the site

The apartment is very clean and cozy, felt like home. I think we'll use this place again. The location is very convenient. Women's beach is a minute from the apartment.

first of all, you should decide what you want and how much you will be satisfied with. The house was as described and seen in the photos. The cleaning and kitchen items were complete. Use the water flowing from the faucets only for cleaning. The dishes are from tea and drinking water. mr. Didem and his wife were really interested, they gave quick and clear answers to all our questions. The site is calm and a beautiful site where no one disturbs anyone. The pool is large enough. There is a house that is enough for the family. There is no window in the bedroom, maybe it is a bit of a problem, but it was not a problem for us. It is within walking distance of the sea, but the donus road is devoid. If you do not have a vehicle, it may be tired. We did not get out of the pool. happy holidays to everyone from now on. one last piece of advice to vacationers; don't forget that even if you pay for it, you are in the home of another.

I don't know why Azime is not a superhost, she could not do enough for us. Even arranged for essential groceries to be delivered on the day of our check-in! The place is pristine and modern. One of my sisters actually shed a tear as we were leaving, she loved the house so much!

Fantastic location, could not be more central to all the best spots to eat and also sites to visit. Despite being so central, the gated courtyard made it quiet and private. We loved it.

Ms. Gülşah was very friendly and warm, we were very satisfied with this, renovation was necessary for a few places in the house, a quiet place as a neighborhood was not a disturbing factor, as I saw in another comment, it said that the neighbor was uncomfortable for the dogs, but we did not witness that the dogs barked a lot, it did not bother us, it was very suitable for us to have a peaceful and beautiful time.

It was our first Airbnb experience, we went with a lot of suspicion, but we had a stay exactly as we wanted, the house was perfect, the site was calm, the only drawback was that there was no separate pool, but it was very clean in the shared pool. Nice stay with family in the house in Psili Amos. It was nice and quiet near a sandy beach. Katerina helped us very well and always right away! Friendly people in the neighborhood. Very much enjoyed!

A fantastic apartment, which was spacious, clean, cool, well finished and perfect location close to the beach, free car park and harbour/town. Set in a quiet street, easy to find provided a perfect mix of peaceful location but easy to reach the bright lights and bars/tavernas. Would love to stay there again.

The place is beautiful. Host Monalis is quick to support in everything. Price performance is quite good.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grammatiki’s place, it was really clean and pristine. She had towels and sheets ready for all of us and the house was well looked after. She was communicative and checked on us everyday asked if we were doing okay. She even gave us some grapes from her garden which we appreciated after coming from a long trip. The balcony outside is really nice to sit and bathroom is very clean which mattered to us the most. Location is perfect to walk in the evening/day and very close to Pythagorion port, main restaurants and tavernas. We enjoyed Samos and hope we will come back for another visit! Efharisto poli x
