Magnificent apartment in a convenient, quiet complex, equipped with a swimming pool, sauna and fitness. Located on the river bank, you can take walks, biking, skating. A shopping center is a couple of minutes on foot, as well as a large new children's playground. The apartment has a beautiful view, equipped with everything you need, the rooms are warm and light. The inside is very quiet, you can hardly hear the streets or the neighbors. Many thanks to Miroslav for the opportunity to spend a wonderful vacation with the whole family! Miroslav is ready to answer any questions, help and meet your needs. We are clearly not the last time in this apartment :) Thank you until next time!

The stay was very nice. There were even cool drinks for us when we arrived. The apartment is very nice if you like the old-fashioned style. Check-in was straightforward and we were also able to check in late. We were in the area for a wedding, so I can't say anything about the area.

Really nice and well equipped apartment in Jachymow, everything as described. Check-in went very well, we got the keys from a very friendly local contact of Bart. We had a very nice time. Recommended!

We were in the Ore Mountains for the first time, we visited the Christmas markets. Sabine's apartment is very quiet, 3 km outside the village . You have to go to the restaurant or shop by car. Otherwise not bad, you just have to Concerns , For our dog it was ideal right in the forest or field. For us, it was a very successful and relaxing short vacation.

The house is great for a group of families. All rooms are equipped with their own bathroom and three rooms also have extra beds. We would go there again. The fire is very cool.

The first impression was really good, the lower living space was warm and modernly furnished and there was everything you need. The lower bathrooms were heated, but didn't get really warm. The upper bedrooms were nicely decorated, also the hallway warms the sofa really cozy and warm. The upper bathroom was nice and warm, but the shower was an adventure, at some point you had the hang of it. The street noise was uncomfortable at night, with the window open didn't go at all. But the location on the street is just like this and you can't change it. We had a lovely weekend in the spacious house and would like to mention that the small pub next door is really quaint, cozy and it's hard to find it. We can recommend the house! Amazing calm place great to Hike!

For our family reunion, the place was just right! In addition to the sufficient bedrooms, the 3 bathrooms/4 toilets and the 3 kitchens + great equipment, we particularly liked the common room with 2 large corner sofas, billiards, table tennis, darts and cozy fireplace. Plenty of parking in the yard, basketball and football goal in the garden were also great! Contact with Christoph was also always reliable and friendly! We will be happy to come back for our next family reunion in the Ore Mountains! Thanks a lot!

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house offers every comfort and leaves nothing to be desired. We were able to reach everything well and were still in beautiful nature every night. It is very quiet and nice and people are very accommodating and friendly. We had a lot of fun

We, a family with two children, spent five days in the cottage of Hans and his family. The key was handed over in person and easily. The communication before our arrival and during our stay was very good. The house has everything we brought. Board games and books for the kids, as well as a fireplace with wood provided fun and coziness. The surroundings invite you to hike extensively. We spent a relaxing week in the Ore Mountains and would be happy to come back.

Glory and family are theheartiest people we have met. Everything was more than perfect. I would not 8z of any other place in the region. Thanks for everything :)

We were very satisfied. The decor is very loving, the cleanliness of the house was perfect and we felt at home. Highly recommended.

The place is as described, it's adapted to children in many things, and that's nice. The kitchen is adequately equipped for everyday cooking as well. The balcony seating is great, there is a forest view from there. As minuses, we saw the fact that we had to close the living room in front of the children (3.5r, 10m) so they wouldn't play there with breakable things, but it wasn't a significant issue. The mattresses were quite soft for our taste. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The apartment is great! big, clean and very beautiful. there is everything for a comfortable stay. and Alice was in touch all the time, thank you very much for a great holiday. we will definitely come back again!

The apartment is on the fourth floor (left door) and another staircase leads up inside the apartment to two more bedrooms and the second bathroom (strong slope/angle in the roof). It is very clean, spacious and sensibly furnished. However, we could not turn on the stove (probably because of child-proofing?) A description on site would make sense for this. But we got along well with the microwave and then didn't ask. The parking garage (50m around the corner) was exciting but with a Tiguan it worked out well. I've never experienced such a turntable in front of the car elevator, but it's helpful with the tight space conditions. The location of the house is very close to the center, we explored the city exclusively on foot for two days. We'd love to come back!

Great stay in the new residential complex. The finest amenities!

Arrived to Petr’s apartment feeling very sick. Night time, all pharmacies are closed. Pert was kind enough to give me direction for the hospital. Checked in on me next day and offered me a late check out since the house wasn’t booked. What a nice guy. Overall the house is neat and clean in good location to explore Karlovy Vary. 5 starts.

Beautiful apartment, clean, cozy. Great place to stay near Karlovy Vary. The connection to Var is a short walk from the apartment.
