Always enjoy Southport! The place has everything you need for a great vacation. And the best way to enjoy Southport is by bike. I love this rental because it has the best cruisers. When we arrived 1 tire was flat and Rhonda’s husband came out to fix it for us! They are great hosts!

Great location on the beach in the quiet south end of Wrightsville Beach. Watching the sunrise from the top deck is a memory we will treasure. This is a place we would return to.

I stayed here with my mom and son, the view is amazing! We got to see dolphins while sitting on the patio. The sunsets and sunrises are picture perfect from the bedroom window and patio. When I had questions Wendy was very responsive. The place was clean and organized. Overall we enjoyed our stay, no complaints and we would definitely book again!

We loved the location, cleanliness and communication. Lynne and team checked in on us and the condo was exactly what we needed for a week! It hosted two adults and two small kids comfortably.

Charming, Comfortable Condo. Impressively clean. Audrey makes an effort to make your stay enjoyable. Instructions for getting into the condo were simple. She texted a couple of times during our two weeks stay to make sure all is well. Being on the Riverwalk made our morning walks wonderful. The sunsets we saw across the Cape Fear River were amazing.

We travel to Wilmington a few times a year to see my daughter in college. This was by far the nicest airbnb we have stayed in. Yes it can be loud at night but you are right in the middle of everything. Shopping, restaurants, bars, river walk. We had a teenager with us so we were able to walk right downstairs to go to a few bars but not be too far away from her. The balcony back deck is great too. She felt like she was at the club on Friday and Saturday nights. The sound machine in the bedroom was great to override the noise when it was time for bed. Kathleen was so friendly and helpful and communicated throughout our stay. She was even there when we arrived to make sure we knew where to park. The unit came with two parking spots which was great when my older daughter came into downtown to visit. We would love to stay at this spot again!

This was a clean, comfy stay for two people. The location was good for us; near the Wrightsville Beach bridge, and close to one of our favorite places to eat, the Bluewater Waterfront Grill. This is a converted hotel-type room, but it had all the necessary amenities for coffee-making and light cooking. The bed was comfortable for a great night's sleep!

Lisa was an awesome host. The house had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The backyard had an amazing set up and the front porch was perfect for morning coffee.

Everything was perfect and magical at Heathers beachfront property! Definitely recommend ! Loved waking up seeing the ocean!!

My recent stay at the Regency that exceeded our expectations! The property was exactly as described, with cozy decor and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to local attractions yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, which allowed for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. However, there was one drawback that I feel is worth mentioning: the cleaning fees. While I understand that cleaning fees are standard, I was surprised to find that, despite paying a significant amount for cleaning, guests were still asked to load the dishwasher and start a load of laundry before checking out. This felt a bit contradictory, and it made me question the value of the cleaning fee itself. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay. I can’t wait to come back!

Amazing place to stay! Celebrated my wife’s 40th birthday with family that came in to town from Arizona. The house comfortably fit 4 families and had the most beautiful view!! Plenty of space and was close to stores and restaurants. It is at the end of a very peaceful street and felt safe and secure. Highly recommend!!

We had unforeseen circumstances that required us to book a new stay last minute late at night on a Friday. The host was responsive immediately and accommodated us. The house was clean and beautiful. It was a short drive to the beach. It was a great space to relax at whole unwinding from from the sand and sun. They provided great recommendations and we would definitely stay there again. We loved our stay! Very clean house, lots of open space, fenced in backyard, and beautiful views. The sunroom with its own AC/heater was a great place to hang out. On a quiet street perfect for taking walks. Two minute drive to the beach. Also could be walkable to the beach.

Great place to stay and relax. Picked a place on the intercostal water to crab but only caught a few. Maybe August was too late. I liked how she had a lot of towels and labeled where things went in the kitchen. Plenty of stuff such as paper towel, trash bags, dish washer pods, and laundry pods, etc. I’ve rented places before where we had to go buy trash bags and other stuff for the stay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tara's. Wonderful location, with a view of the river and the battleship. Can't beat the location -- walkable to downtown Wilmington's many restaurants, cafes, shops & galleries. We loved walking the neighborhoods. The condo is roomy and airy, with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Not only are we thrilled with the condo and it’s location, Chad is an absolutely top notch host. Airbnb could and should use him to train hosts. He is amazing. It is clear that he loves what he does. Chad not only made sure we had everything we needed, but added so many little touches that made our stay even more incredible. The ocean view is a little disrupted by some necessary erosion control, but the beach is quite literally steps from the condo door and the sound of the ocean is amazing. The beach is beautiful, especially the coquina outcropping. It’s a short drive (or even walkable) to the aquarium and fort, and so many things to do within a 30 minute drive or less. Wonderful stay!!!!!

The apartment is on the second floor with a beautiful view overlooking the boardwalk and Cape Fear River. Nice size balcony and large front windows. Comfortable bed and furniture. Kitchen has everything needed. Steps from the center of downtown.

The perfect location for exploring Wilmington’s historic district. Lots of great restaurants and attractions are all within walking distance. The view of the battleship was quite unique.

I have stayed at a few of Corey and Hayden’s units. They are always clean and the hosts are always responsive with questions and resolve any issues quickly. I would definitely recommend.

The space was lovely! We very much enjoyed the walkability to all of the downtown, and the view was amazing. The battleship is directly across the water which was so so cool. We stayed for Valentine's Day and being in the heart of downtown Wilmington was wonderful!! The WiFi did not work, and never came back on for us even after the host gave us tips to fix it (and the host was amazing to communicate about that!). Also, the TV was telling us that the storage was full every 10ish minutes, making watching anything on it a bit of a pain. These are SMALL "issues" and would not stop us from staying here again! The location, view, and communication from the host vastly outweighed the small tweaks that would have improved our stay.

This condo on the Cape fear was a fantastic weekend getaway for our anniversary. We could literally walk to anything in downtown (and walk home 🙌🏻) or on the Riverwalk and we did! We could step right out on the deck and see the whole river walk, and all of the action on the Cape fear River. The amenities are perfect and the shower made us want to upgrade our own at home! Taffie had great recommendations for restaurants and Wilmington was all around an awesome vacation spot.

This was a great place to stay! I looked up many places on CB and this was definitely the best. The view is amazing and it is right beside the drive able beach for 4WD vehicles. The Airbnb was spotless and we can’t thank Chris enough for being a great host!
