Stay was good. Host was always responsive. Only issue was the road leading to the property is too bad. If you have sedan then avoid it. Although they have a driver who will help you to take your car to the property.

It was an excellent experience. Incredibly accommodating and responsive.

It was really a great stay with some peaceful atmosphere and good privacy . caretaker Aswin has done a great job and was very friendly and ground to earth . Very Spacious rooms and bathrooms . You can stay here with a big group of friends or family.

It was a nice stay…but i think they should provide more blankets for the guests. There was only one medium sized blanket in each room when we stayed. Other than that everything else was good.

Shaine was an amazing host, very helpful and arranged many things for us including food, laundry, tour etc. Always available to serve. the swimming pool was quite large, beautifully maintained, water 💦 was absolutely clean and fresh. the stream added glamour to the silence. The first rooms were large and well maintained with spacious balconies. there was a mini park for our grand daughter. our child liked the baby pool. Had excellent bone fire event with a good music box available at the villa. Homely atmosphere

A wonderful property worth every penny you paid for .. private space and a lot to see and walk which is pretty .. a wonderful choice if you want to cut off from the busy and crowded life to a peaceful space that emphasis on nature .. the care taker and the services provided are top class

The place was amazing. Included breakfast was delicious but outside food menu which they provide was not worth it.

It has been a wonderful stay , siddique have been more of a friend rather family , he have been proactive and always there for our help and advice , he also helped us with the places to visit , will be visiting again !

Must Visit Home Away from Home in Wayanad Mr. Johny has been our guide since Day 0, even before we reached here. We had a weird list of 'Things to do' and Mr. Johny made it happen for us. From excellent communication to always being accessible for anything & everything, he has been the most amazing host. A must stay option for those who want to soak in nature. Peacocks around the house, a cute little cat (neighbour's cat) made us feel extra special. A trained eye can detect the perfection in blending of natural building elements to modernity. Mrs. Rose is the backbone of 'welcome & warmth' of this place. Special mention to her delectable Kerala cuisine served everyday for breakfast. Loved staying here with Mr. Johny & Mrs. Rose.

Perfect place in nature with beautiful views and water stream in property.

Our road trip from Chennai to Adam's Mount was a scenic delight. We were a bit worried about the roads because of the recent landslides, but everything turned out fine, thanks to Mr. Jojy, who helped us find the safest and easiest route. The homestay was easy to locate, which was a relief. When we arrived, Mr. Jojy and his family welcomed us with some delicious passion fruit juice straight from their garden. We instantly became HUGE fans of Aunty's juices and authentic kerala dishes—they’re a must-try! Mr. Jojy was such a great host. He made sure we checked in smoothly, took us on a wonderful trek through his plantation, and even recommended some local delicacies like pothinkal curry. We spent our evenings playing cards and chatting—he really made us feel at home. The homestay is surrounded by lush greenery, with a little stream nearby. Every morning, we woke up to the sound of birds singing and water flowing—it was so peaceful. We highly recommend this place!
