A great accomodation for me and my family who visited Kottayam for a day. Place was very clean and located in a very peaceful location. The house was huge and accomodated all five of us very easily. Host was responsive and catered to all our needs. The price was spot on - it was a great deal compared to a hotel. Thanks for hosting us 🙏🙂

Great place to stay with family, though I checked in at midnight 1 Lakshmi answered my call and gave clear instructions to reach the location, their parents stay next by who are very friendly and helpful. Over all place gives peaceful vibes with full greenery surrounded by. Great rooms with AC and bathrooms were very well maintained. Eldho’s home was a perfect deal for the price we paid. We had an event to attend at kollenchery so this place was quite near to that. The house seems newly built and therefore is spic and span. The caretaker and eldho both were very responsible, almost a call away, although eldho doesn’t live here. This is a perfect home for a get away, the location is serene, it is a quiet place with spacious rooms and dining area. There is a close market to this place. Only a few suggestions to kindly equip the kitchen with some basic things like tea, sugar, basic masala and coffee preps. The bedrooms need thin quilts as only Bedsheets to cover up have been provided and during AC those aren’t enough. There are many lizards, so some sort of a repellent can work to keep them out. Overall the place is a great deal for any group, it is spacious, clean and beautiful and really good for the price that you pay. The owner is very responsive and quick to solve your query. Will surely recommend to others!

This location is ideal for individuals who desire to reside in the suburban areas of Ernakulam City and immerse themselves in the local culture. The host and their family are extremely accommodating, always available to assist with arrangements such as booking accommodations or transportation for future outings, as well as providing recommendations to fully enjoy the city.

We stayed at Terin’s place for three months with our two children, 4 and 1 year old. As written in the description the bungalow is pretty large with three big bedrooms with attached bathrooms, large living room, dining, kitchen, storage room, and a lot of space inside and outside the house. The house is fully furnished with everything you need to live in this house. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pressure cooker, mixie, puttu maker, and a two burner gas stove. There is a backup inverter so there is uninterrupted electricity. There is a semi-automatic washing machine with a dryer which was very helpful for us. There is a cable TV connection with a LCD TV but we did not use it. Water is supplied through overhead tank to which water is pumped from a water Well that is within the house compound. The well had fresh spring water that we used for drinking and for all other purposes. The price for Gas Cylinder and Electricity was additional and we paid it separately. They temporarily arranged a high speed internet connection for us during our stay. It was very stable and we took the connection for Rs.600/month with U/L and D/L speeds of 10MbPs. The cable company offered many other UD/DL options as well. Jio and Airtel mobile networks worked fine inside and outside the house. The house is surrounded by many Banana, Papaya, Mango, Jackfruit and other trees and inside the house was comfortable even during very hot days. There are many shops very close to the house. There is a fresh milk diary shop that is 5 minutes by walk, small shops just 2 minutes away, and a super market 10 minutes away. A chicken store is 10 minutes away and morning fish market is also next to it. There were also many street hawkers passing by all day who sold fresh fish and vegetables. Local bus stop is just in front of the house where the buses go directly to Kottayam, Kainady, Kaivalam, and Changanaserry. There is an auto stand just two minutes away. Terin’s parents were very kind to us throughout our stay. They even brought us all the groceries when we arrived and had to quarantine for the first week. Throughout our stay they were available on the phone and in-person for any support we needed. They also shared some fruits from the garden and also some local food items they cooked sometimes. The people in the village were also very kind and friendly. Overall we had a very nice stay for three months at this place. Our children enjoyed the space inside and outside the house especially during hot and rainy days. A wonderful place to stay for short and long terms.

Colbridge and his family give incredible value for money, particularly in their efforts to provide anything and everything the customer wants or needs. They are full of helpful information and go our of their way to provide any little special requests the guests might have. Their home is spotlessly clean and we can highly recommend the delicious breakfast served each day by the lovely Shalini, his charming wife, as well as the extra services of cleaning and laundry provided by their housekeeper, Shelby. We could not have been happier nor felt luckier. Highly recommended.

Good place to stay. Has all the necessary amenities and lulu mall is within 10 min distance. Only issue I had is that the window curtains were almost see through. Felt a lack of privacy. I would recommend to change the curtains to a more thicker cloth material.

I would like to share i was very happy with the accommodation and courtesy extended by the host.. super spacious home with 2 bedrooms, airy hall n a huge dinning area.. this is perfect for big families and if you have kids, in case you need to cook something quick n simple, this is perfect place for you.. also personally i liked the interiors and set up of the home.. feels like a dream house what every one would ve dreamt of to have during the 90s😊.. with a sit out and big the swing in the balcony added a classic vintage touch.. considering the humid climate of kochin they had placed a protable fan in the sit out was very thoughtful.. special mention about Mr. Jacob and his family… they were very welcoming and made sure we feel like home.. I feel this place is perfect suited for all type of travellers with family or friends.. lastly, i felt the place is a value for money and deal what we got was 50 % lesser than avg cost what 6 pac will spend for 2 or 3 rooms in a hotel.. 🙏🏻👌🏻

Excellent apartment, more specifically a penthouse on the top floor. Tanya (Co-host) was extremely supportive and had a lot of local suggestions for us. Speaking of the apartment, the rooms were spacious, clean and they also have a home theatre room which we fully utilised. They also ensured that they stocked up on the provisions for our breakfast, which was thoughtful. The A/C were fully functional and the wifi didn’t go down even for a second and was reasonably fast. They didn’t have geyser and we went on monsoons, so hot water wasn’t as available as we expected. Also, if you are getting a big car like I did, their designated parking is a little cramped up and ensure you take to Tanya and get a different spot, which she’ll be happy to accomodate. Will definitely recommend Abhilash’s place if you prefer a king size stay in Kochi

The place was just like how it was mentioned. Very clean and the host was very welcoming and sweet. The location was within a km from Edapally Metro station and Lulu mall. Check in and check out was as smooth as it could get. Overall, loved the place.

We are from Australia and were here visiting family nearby. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious 3 bedroom apartment with great views! Plenty of facilities. Bed sheets were comfy and air conditioning worked great! We also felt very safe and secure in the apartment due to the high level of security at the entrance of the apartment blocks. Sajid was very attentive and made sure we were happy and comfortable. Our contact on the ground (Hashim) was also very quick to respond and accommodating to our needs. Thanks Sajid & Hashim for a great stay!
