Munish’s place made me feel at home instantly. He’s the sweetest, always up for conversation and helpful beyond words! I went alone, I didn’t know anything about the locality, he’s been mighty kind in telling me about things to do nearby. He’s helped my long distance friends plan my birthday. He’s super respectful about your privacy as well. He arranged for my airport pickup and drop.. All in all, I had a perfect trip, without any hiccups, thanks to Munish. Definitely going back.

The property was well maintained. The owner’s family was really welcoming and helpful. We got a chance to know about the family owning and taking care of the place. We were helped with some good suggestions for places to visit and restaurants to try for some authentic Tibetian and Israeli cuisine. Had a little bonfire at one night as well. Overall a quality experience and will surely recommend this property to any of my friends and family visiting McLoedganj.

The place was clean and cozy. Simintika and Luv were very responsive and helpful to locate the place. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful, It was my first trip with my 1 year old and I would always remember this trip and the place for the hosts and cozy experience.

We had a great stay at Sanjiv's property during the India v England Test match. It was in an ideal location, 30 minutes walk from the stadium and with a open rooftop giving stunning views of the mountains and over Dharamshala - definitely pop up there around sunset! Sanjiv was a most friendly and responsive host (who speaks good English) and helped organise travel for me to go trekking at short notice when the cricket finished early. One minor point to be aware of - the GPS location pin on AirBnb wasn't accurate so I took a while to find the house. It's up a lane that leaves the main road to the right of Hotel Sajan / opposite 7 To 9 Needs.

The place is very nice and clean. Food is very hygienic and tasteful. The nature of care-taker/cook was very helpful and decent.

Perfect place to unwind n rejuvenate! Loved the secluded home with the beautiful farmlands behind where we cud gaze at the cattle grazing and birds chirping, especially the parrots. The home is exactly like the pictures - amzing high ceiling, big airy bedrooms, gorgeous living room to just be lazy around, small kitchen with all the essentials. There's a didi who cooked yummy breakfast and lunch for us - perfection! And Rahat was amazing - really liked the way he was proactive all through our stay, from the moment of booking till the day of checkout - spot-on with communication. Its like he anticipated all of our needs and was ready. Also got some good recommendations of places to hang around n explore. If you are looking for a serene place, to be a part of nature and relax then this is just perfect. Thank you Rahat!

The place was very clean with beautiful scenery from the balcony and perfect for cottage vibes. Kartik and his mother was very welcoming and made sure we were Hosted well by providing a home tour and local recommendations. The cottage offers comfortable beds. We enjoyed staying inside the Airbnb and watched movies. Hospitality was catered with the best of Host’s abilities. We were provided with milk to make chai when we arrived which was thoughtful. This was one of the only accommodations in Palampur that offered good amenities with beautiful garden and scenery. It also has parking available which was convenient. Place was clean!

Loved the home stay, close to nature and wonderful property. Felt close to the Pahadi life and culture. The home stay had beautiful views and very helpful caretaker, who was very responsive. Overall enjoyed our stay, a must visit if you want to feel like home!

Our two nights and three days at Birdhouse retreat with family of 13 adults 2 kids and infant was very memorable. Thanks to Ashishs helpful directions, detailed listing. And Pawans scrumptious food, spotless clean stay and guidance to our very many questions. We absolutely loved the views, the cold, the treks around to nag temple and flag point, the hike down to birdhouse cakery and market, the peace , the bonfire, the hot teas and hot bath water! The kitchen in the room with infant and single room were also very helpful. We loved Pawans dal chawal, maggie paneer bhurji and simple home cooked foods. We were worried about the rough roads but got through it with directions. Thank you Ashish for this beautiful stay!
