My place is close to the ski slope and in summer the hiking trails. You can enjoy the most beautiful views on our 2 large sun terraces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, adventurers and families (with kids). The hut is at about 1000 m above sea level with beautiful mountain panorama.

What a wonderful long weekend in the Stubai valley and we could have asked for no better a place and host to make our stay amazing! The apartment feels brand new, has everything you need and is in a great location with public busses up and down the valley so you don’t even need a car! Kathi and Andi were so helpful throughout our stay and we can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and very suitable with baby. The location is great and it was nice to be able to use the beautiful garden of Alexandra and her family. The family is very friendly and helpful. The sauna feels luxurious and gives a real holiday feeling. Incidentally, we were not bothered by the noise of the hotel next door. We would certainly recommend this apartment!

We felt well in Rafaela apartment. The kitchen is equipped sufficiently to allow you to do decent cooking and heating. The rooms are nicely insulated so there is no noise at night. With 20 minutes drive to the glacier makes that nice spot for the holiday.

This is a really great place to stay! Modern furnished apartment, large rooms left us wanting nothing more in terms of time, when you need time for yourself, very chic and logically equipped kitchen, with several variations of lighting, a huge TV in the living room and in addition to each bedroom a private TV, super cozy shower and bathtub. Separately, I want to add that you don't need a car to get to the central station up - there is a direct 5-10 min.- Walking distance from the apartment to the Penkenbahn, along the river. We immediately felt at home.

Great accommodation. Directly at the ski bus stop to the Möslbahn or Horbergbahn. There were 6 of us and the house is absolutely sufficient with 4 bedrooms. The two showers are in a bathroom, so you should have no problem sharing a bathroom if necessary ☺️ The house is beautiful and very cozy with everything you need. Due to the wood, it is quite audible, if you have a light sleep, you should maybe take Ohropax with you with different sleeping rhythms. The communication with Andreas and Albert was impeccable and always friendly. We will be happy to come back!
