This place is very well located near the main tourist attraction of Topkapi Palace, Hajia Sophia, Blue Mosque etc. Everything is within walkable distance and lots of local restaurants around this place. As this property is a hotel so breakfast was served complementary, a great advantage. The breakfast room is on rooftop and has a stunning view of the sea. Recommend anyone for holiday purpose to book this place. shall come again

Lovely place with lovely people working there. We felt like home and there was always someone to help us with our questions. It is not a luxury place but it has everything you need and more. I loved to sit on the terrace watching the city waking up :) Would definitely recommend to stay there!

The location is great, five minutes away from the tourist zone, so you can walk to it. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby. Owners are friendly and courteous. They'll try to help you as much as they can.

The place is more of a hotel than a typical airbnb. 24/7 desk officers, ready to help and who speak English. The location was my favorite thing: amazing shops with wholesale clothing shops and the main street nearby with everything one can need: restaurants, shops, medical offices, pharmacies, bakeries.... I HIGHLY recommend this place. I will always be a place away from home in Sisly.

I enjoyed my stay there

The room at Kalfa Palace is located in the very center of Kadikoy, near restaurants and shops, as well as public transportation. It is super comfortable and where I had the best sleep of my entire 12-day trip! Engin is proactive and communicates the lodging’s instructions well. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again whenever I’m in Istanbul.

My daughter and I were traveling in Istanbul together and were a little nervous being so female tourists. VersecaHotel surpassed all of our expectations. The host was probably the most responsive host we’ve ever had. We felt comfortable and most importantly safe. We didn’t feel uncomfortable at all walking around at 11pm to midnightish. The room was spotless and you could not beat the location! It was walking distance to everything. The only thing I regret is not visiting the roof top patio earlier. It was a great place to take our carry out dinner to while watching the sunset. We intend to visit again in the spring with our whole family. Thank you for your hospitality and such an incredible visit.

I stayed in 2 of Erkan's apartments for a month. Erkan was a very responsive host and the place was beautiful and very clean. There were some issues with things breaking- mainly the air conditioners and stove. However, Erkan sent people to fix both issues right away. The location was very peaceful. It was very nice to come home to such a quiet neighborhood after a full day of sightseeing. The only thing I didn't like about it was that it was very hilly (like a lot of Istanbul) and no real food within walking distance except a couple of tiny eateries. There are two really great malls just a 5-10 minute drive away, though, so we frequented those a lot. I would stay here again for sure.

The house was in really demanding place. Even it is bit small, the room has everthing and fell in love with the balcony which is a greatest part. Only problem is to find a parking area if you have a car. There is a parking lot right in the street (near Happy Center market), which is 1-2 minutes distance. I believe it is affordable(450TRY/night) for 2-3 days accommodation. Also there is a ISPARK close to Cıragan Palace, which is much cheaper(190TRY/night). If you go late at night, there is a high possibility to find an available lot. Anyway, everthing was super clean in the room, beds were comfortable and there are shampoo/body gel in bath. Also thanks for the free coffee. Host was responsive and helped all the questions that we have. If we will come Istanbul, we will definetely consider to stay here again.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay, in a vibrant part of Istanbul! The apartment was clean, homely and spacious, and the privacy granted by the separate apartments was great. The communication was fantastic and they very kindly allowed us to leave our bags in the building after check-out. Throughly recommend this airbnb!

Eren and Amjad very professional always listening and always asks if we need something very responsive we were 10 people we felt like we were at home that's all I'll just say the things to improve in the future it's the mattresses sometimes certain mattresses we smell the springs of the mattress in the back and the hot water it leaves and it comes back at the time of showering at once it comes cold otherwise it was just two things that I find to improve maybe in the future otherwise everything was fine I recommend this Airbnb Eren and Amjad who is nearby who are too kind and helpful maybe see you soon 👋🏼
