Host was very friendly and responsive. provides lot of recommendations of places to go. Cleanliness tip top and it was definitely an excellent stay with a beautiful view. Good location, where everything is just a few minutes of drive away.

Mr Hady was truly an exceptional host. He has helped me throughout my 5 days stay there. The unit has a very beautiful sunrise view in the morning. Make sure you dont miss it between 7-8. The unit was clean which met my expectations. Basic needs are there.

Unit with stunning view! Very great place for family or friends. The place was clean and the instruction from check in to check out by the host, May was very clear & easy to understand. All the staffs around the building also friendly & nice. And the place wasn't creepy at all. We feel safe during the stay. The place was surrounding with famous local eateries such as Ana Petai Ikan Bakar, Supertop Ikan Bakar and Ikan Bakar Hujung Tanjung. Ikan Bakar Hujung Tanjung just 3 minutes driving from the place. Where we can see fisherman's boat coming back from the sea.

Loved everything about this unit! Clean rooms, helpful host, and a cozy vibe made it a memorable stay. Walking distance F/B , Convenience store. For sure will stay again coz the location is strategic, near connecting highway to KL.

The place is cozy and very clean, and it has the sea view and quiet (the room is one floor above the swimming pool so you might hear kids playing at the pool, we were there on a Sunday night so not much activities going around). The host is very responsive, check-in process was easy and smooth with the assistance from the registration counter. The host is kind enough to prepare some snacks in the room to satisfy the cravings (which you can make the payment via a ready QR code). It felt like home during our stay in the unit because of the design and furniture arrangement, and the unit itself is clean and well maintained. One thing about the unit is that the parking lot is located at the open air car park, so be prepared to use the umbrella to walk to your vehicle if it rains heavily. Other than this, everything else was good. Will definitely book this place again when we return to Kuantan next time!

Both Timurbay's stay and facilities are of high quality. Good internet, lovely shower, pleasant bed, nice pool, right on the beach and an excellent host. We stayed for 6 weeks and got housekeeping in between, which made the stay great! Timurbay is easily accessible with a bus stop in front of the door, and grab is also easy to do. Finally, there are nice restaurants and shops in front of the property. Even a good supermarket, ideal!

This apartment was huge, clean, and well-maintained. It was completed with everything necessary to make the stay comfortable. Beds were large and comfortable, kitchen was equipped with utensils, and it even had a smart TV I watched hours of Netflix and played games with. I also enjoyed my morning swim at the condo pool. The water was clean, and I had the whole pool to myself almost every time. The owner was super responsive, providing guidance and help within minutes. He spoke good English, and communicating with him was easy. The location is a bit distant from the city centre, but this means I got a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood for my stay. Overall, this will be the apartment I will come back to the next time I visit Kuantan.

Will definately repeat stay if going Kuantan again.. Azreen even allow extend check out to 1 pm since following day no one checking in. Super 5 star host... 🖐

Pro: Host was very responsive, easy self-checkin process. Parking also easy. The unit is equipped with few kitchen utensils and a fridge. Got pool+beach view balcony. Pool area very big and next to the beach. Near to mini market, restaurant and donut shop. Host provides extra mattress too! So thankful for this :) Cons: Lack of mirror and all family members need to use the only one mirror in master bedroom. Underbed is quite dusty. Interior can improve in terms of wall color to make it more alive/new. Thanks.
