Rafik’s place was absolutely amazing, just as he described! It was peaceful, well-equipped with everything you need, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was delicious, and the camel ride was an unforgettable experience — my first time, and it was magical watching the sunset in the middle of the desert. Finally, Rafik was very responsive, answering messages quickly and providing help whenever I needed it. Highly recommend staying here!

I wish I could give this more than 5 stars!!! Staying with Ayyoub and his family has been one of my highlights of the trip. Beyond the beauty of the actual rooms and location of the house, Ayyoub has an incredible spirit and energy that welcomes you beyond belief. He gave us local recommendations and went out of his way to help us find some things we needed. Additionally, the bread his mother made for breakfast and the soup for dinner was some of the best food I’ve had in Tunisia. We’re vegan but they had no problem preparing an incredible dish we could eat. Such a peaceful place — I wish we could have stayed longer!

the stay with Ferid was very nice, everything corresponded to the description and was as shown in the pictures. It was very clean in a quiet environment with a lot of comfort. The dinner was really very tasty and had a special flair in the Bedouin tent. The 2-hour quad bike tour is highly recommended. Thank you for the wonderful time and the great experience.

Very pleasant accommodation due to its calm and central location in relation to the interesting places in the city. The person who welcomed us was very friendly and responsive. Room was clean and functional. We would definitely recommend this listing!

Youssef and the inhabitants of Toujane are exceptional hosts, who welcomed us warmly and constantly invited us to discover their culture. Her hostel is beautiful and comfortable, even during the hot summer which remain very bearable in Toujane. Although we only stayed two days, they will probably remain the most memorable of our vacation due to the spectacular scenery, architecture and culture that Youssef has conveyed to us the passion. Hoping to come back someday, thank you again!

Although it is a little bit of a walk from the center, it is a very quiet place and I felt at home. The hosts were very kind and quickly dealt with any problems we had.

Ajemny is very helpful and sweet, quite an interesting character. The place is spacious, clean, better than what you’ll see in the pictures. We waited a bit longer for the pick up, but that wasn’t really an issue. He was coming back from the desert and a bit disconnected. If I come back to Douz, I’m staying with him again!!
