Modern cottage, calm area with good bus connection

A newly built cottage with room for many, in quiet area with 3 km from Luleå city center. The house is child-friendly and can accommodate larger groups of shorter periods and smaller groups for longer periods. Heat control on the wall with floor heating in all the rooms. Good ventilation! Patio, access to yard and outdoor areas. Proximity to shop and kiosk. Let us know and we'll guide or give tips on places! Ormberget's outdoor area is 10 minutes walk from the accommodation as well as Skurholmsberget. quiet, quiet with a nice view!

A gem in the Archipelago of Skellefteå.

A cozy house of 3 room and kitchen located right on one of Skellefteås's finest sandy beaches, enclosed by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone stove and big windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, Wifi, dish and washing machine as well as a well-equipped kitchen. On the plot there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place year-round! Relax and snuggle in this quiet and well-planned accommodation by the sea. The guest house is a separate building on the owner's property with self-catering. Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!
