Per is an extremely friendly, warm and helpful host. He made me feel very welcome. The Airbnb itself is clean, full of light and cozy. The location is quiet. I especially enjoyed the view of the lake and the walks along the lake. There is also a nice little food store about a five minutes' drive away, so you don't have to drive into Strömsund if you just want to take things easy.

The cottage Paradis in Jämtland, is really a gem for those looking for peace and close to nature experiences. The location is amazing, surrounded by beautiful, unspoiled nature that invites you to relax and adventure. The cottage is charmingly decorated, well-maintained and offers all the amenities you can wish for a comfortable stay. It is a perfect place for those who want to enjoy everything Jämtland has to offer – from hiking and sauna to quiet evenings in front of the fireplace. The view is magical, and the proximity to nature allows you to really disconnect from everyday life. A stay here leaves one with renewed energy and unforgettable memories. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place to come to for a reunion of friends, a lovely place, close to the shops and also to Åre where we mostly spent the days, to then come home to the cottage which was so close meant that you do not want to leave this wonderful place😍

Wow is all I can say. First of all Stefan is a fantastic host, full of knowledge, friendly, helpful and accommodating. The lodge in the winter is truly like being in a winter wonderland, surrounded by snow and forest. Extremely clean, tidy and well presented and feels just like home. We will most definitely be back

Our stay was very nice in general, it was a really cosy cabin to stay in over new years. Everything was fresh and contained almost everything you needed from kitchenware to blankets & candles. It’s a bit cold in the cabin during wintertime so we would recommend bringing socks or slippers to wear inside. We are very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it to couples who want to have a cosy getaway or smaller families.

A Magical Experience in Nature I had a fantastic time in this stuga, exactly what I needed! In the middle of the nature, upstairs in a beautiful garden with berries and raspberries that you can pick for your breakfast, I completely relaxed. The outdoor shower among the trees was magical, and the sauna on the lake was a delightful experience, especially after cooling off on the jetty or in the water. The rowing boat and the possibility to make campfires and grilling made the stay extra special. Marinca and Olaf are super welcoming and helpful owners, always ready to think along. This is a perfect place to unwind in peace, but also great to enjoy with your partner. The village is a nice place to walk through with beautiful viewpoints over the lake. It was a magical experience - thank you so much!

Incredibly cool concept, where you get both tranquility and proximity to nature. Both alpaca and hosting were superb!

A perfect little holiday home! You have everything you need and fireplace, sauna, hot tub on top of that. It's located in a very quiet area with lots of beautiful nature around, about 45 minutes away from Östersund and 20 minutes from the next supermarket. So, especially when traveling with kids, you need a car. Sune is the perfect host! Very friendly, very helpful with everything, giving advice for trips to do. He found sleighs for the kids when we asked for it and we even got a Christmas tree with decorations and everything. We couldn't ask for more! Thank you, Sune!
