A lovely house in a beautiful, serene surrounding. The house is bright, well-furnished and very clean. Bjorn is a caring home owner who is responsive to those who stay in his house. My wife and I will recommend Bjorn’s home to our friends and family.

5/5 stars in itself very clear the positive prevails of course and I can recommend the place to everyone but I start with negative feedback:) First of all, the negative first: —>We arrived but could not use the sauna on the first of two days because it has already been booked by other guests. An info about it would have been cool because we were very much looking forward to it after the hike. —>In the kitchen, there was already good amenities in itself, but for example a larger pan or lid for the pans would have been quite cool. —>larger towels for the sauna would be good. The positive: —>Good value —>new and nicely decorated place —>easy check in —>Friendly and personal briefing + tips —>Sauna and hot tub are mega beautiful and relaxing —>beautiful scenery I can only recommend it to anyone because there is hardly anything to complain about and the accommodation is great.

5 stars – A Perfect Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this property! The place was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen (with all the gadgets) to a washer, dishwasher, and even a cleaning robot. The jacuzzi was a lovely touch, and we really enjoyed the peaceful, private atmosphere. The lakeside view was stunning, and though we didn’t use the boat, it’s great that it’s available for future guests. There are also fun activities around the house to enjoy. The location was perfect—calm and serene but still close to both the city and the airport, which made it super convenient. The added bonus of an electric car charger made our stay even easier. 10/10, would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed in many incredibly beautiful Airbnb properties over the years across the world. Bodil and Robert’s cabin “Fredheim” is the best I’ve ever stayed at and they are incredibly kind hosts. Putting aside the absolutely stunning location (which is also centrally located in Lofoten), the cabin is perfectly sized and adorned with everything you might need for a short or long stay. If you want perfection, stay at Fredheim. You won’t regret it.
