Beachfront vacation rentals in Kralendijk

We really loved our stay in the studio for a week of diving! The studio had everything we needed for cleaning, storing, and securing gear. The fully functional kitchen was great for cooking meals when we didn’t want to go out. The studio was quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. It was perfect for a relaxing week away. Parking for our rental truck was never a challenge and the host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful!

This is the best value place I’ve stayed in Bonaire. It’s got a home feel verse the bare essentials of most air bnb. Roomy, nice pool, etc. Also private gated drive just for you vehicle. Loading and unloading gear is easy. Comfortable beds. Just all and all a great rental. Corner store is next door.

What a lovely home and location! We loved being in Villa #1. There are 3 villas at this location and this is the smallest with 4 bedrooms (one is a basement but still very nice!). For the six of us it was more than enough room. Every room has a private bath with a powder room on the main floor. The cleaning crew came through for a quick sweep, mop and fresh towels. The pool and hot tub were very inviting. All in all I would stay again as a first choice in the future. And the view is magnificent!

We enjoyed the amenities of the kitchen .... everything was there that we needed from drinks to meals to great coffee maker. Our location and deck was as I chose very nice views and privacy.

Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed our say! Everything was perfect! The property was GORGEOUS!! Any question we had was answered promptly and any extra help we needed also above and beyond. Beautiful location. My only complaint is that we had to leave! Can’t wait to return!

The location and convenience to the airport was exactly what was needed and it delivered. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property manager welcomed on arrival and provided instructions, which was a very nice touch. Walkable to a locals beach with a good food truck. The property and furnishings were a bit dated but would use again if needing a convenient option for the airport.

Our 1 week stay was extended to a 2 week stay !!! We felt in love with the place. It has all you want for a perfect vacation. Nice view, great location (right across the airport) and a refreshing pool. Don’t be worried about the proximity to the airport, there are very few flights, and it's very quiet. Andrej is an amazing host and Baasje, the property manager, was fantastic and really quick to respond to our questions. The breakfast for the next day and cold water were available in the fridge. Dive Friends shop is right next door, but we took a package drive & dive with Wannadrive which was really convenient. We look forward to returning as soon as we are able to do so.

Our first time in Bonaire, but hard to imagine a better place. Super comfortable for three couples. View is amazing. Snorkeling right from the back steps was really good. The entry to water is similar to a lot of places on the island, not sandy, but manageable. The pool is small but we used it quite a bit. You will need a car as town is about 3 miles, but driving on the island is easy. The kitchen is fully equipped so dine in or at any of the good restaurants in Kralendijk. The owner, Draga, lives next door and is available to help with anything that comes up. We rented a truck, recommended if you want to explore the east side of Lac Bay or Washington Slagbaai park, The home is on dirt road and close the the water plant. Initially driving in you aren’t sure but once you arrive it’s amazing. Very clean, mini splits in each room provide lots of cooling at night, beautiful setting. If you are thinking about Bonaire and ok being a few miles from “downtown” don’t look any further.

I had an outstanding vacation at Casa At Sea! Simone delivered exactly what was presented; a gorgeous home on the water for a week of rest and fun. She was responsive and easy to reach with any questions. The home is exactly like the pictures—clean, modern and beautiful. Bed was cozy with great pillows and bathroom immaculate. Pool was always the perfect temp and ocean was just down the stairs! It is close to stunning beaches, diving, snorkeling, horseback, great dining and more! I was there when Anneke and Ron were there and it only added to my trip. They were warm and inviting and helped me plan some activities across the island. I’m already looking for dates to return and will look nowhere else but Casa at Sea. Stunning home, magical island. Thanks for an amazing time! -Jen W

We had a great stay. We were allowed to check in early, which was very much appreciated. The place had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The swimming pool was nice. We enjoyed it most afternoons. Only a few steps to the sea to snorkel, dive, or watch the sunset. One thing to note, air conditioning is only in the bedroom. I would stay there again. Thanks for everything.

Where do I even start?! Beginning with Ann, flawless communication. Paula and her husband Rene were AMAZING property managers. The property was absolutely incredible. Serene, beautiful…. Lots of wildlife. We had a huge iguana who paid us visits, we called him Hans. I’ve never seen so many hummingbirds than on this property, and even saw a sea turtle while snorkeling right off shore. Accommodations were extremely comfortable, there was always something fun and/or relaxing there…. Honestly, one week is not long enough at this property. We plan to go back and will work around the availability of Casa Grande! 💖. Thank you Ann, Paula and Rene!

Wonderful stay! The pictures didn’t do it justice and some parts of the home have been updated after the posted photos were taken. The location couldn’t have been more perfect - great ocean access, large pool and very close to a ton of choices for other food and activities. The team was very responsive and we had a wonderful stay with no issues with the home whatsoever.

This is our 2nd trip to Bonaire, and Ann's condo is the perfect place for us. It is clean, comfortable, and convenient for our diving. It provides easy access to the ocean, Bari Reef, and the dive company, Dive Friends. There are restaurants close by, and it is a very short drive into town. Thank you, Ann, for another wonderful vacation at your condo!

We loved this place! Even more beautiful in person and has everything that one might need. You can snorkel/dive right off the beach and sometimes see donkeys nearby. Host Martin was extremely helpful with recommendations and answered all of our questions. It’s perfectly located right next to the Ocean Oasis beach club & restaurant. We’d love to come back again.

Our first visit to Bonaire, and we lucked out with Greetje's place. The apartment is a perfect location just a 10 minute walk from the center of Kralendijk. Literally across the street from some great snorkeling, with wonderful views of the Caribbean and Klein Bonaire, this place is a fantastic find. It is extremely comfortable, with AC throughout and provides a very relaxing place to return to each day. Because of its proximity to the town-center , we were able to walk to-and-from town along the water, sometimes several times per day, for excursions, lunch, shopping and dinner. Greetje was very friendly and helpful and we found her to be a perfect host! We recommend Greetje's listing without reservation!

Beautiful quiet condo complex and bottom floor unit. Back porch and ocean views are amazing. Private white sand beach, which is very unique in Bonaire. Snorkeling was wonderful. Excellent location for diving. Highly recommend!

It is a very nice apartment in a nice location! Delightful chairs on the terrace balcony to have breakfast in the morning and to watch passers-by, boats or just contemplate and see the sunset in the evening. In addition, you are within walking distance (10-15 min) of many restaurants so you don't have to leave by car in the evening. Excellent parking space and nice to be able to rinse snorkeling/diving gear and placing them in your own shed. At the back you can go through a fence onto the boulevard and almost immediately snorkel in the sea. Here we saw very nice fish! Good to know that the air conditioning is only in the bedrooms and not in the living area. The living area is good by airing through an extra screen next to the front door. The only unfortunate thing is that the screens really need to be replaced, so some more mosquitoes come inside. Vera responds quickly to questions and is helpful. We had a lovely stay and would love to go back!
