Vacation rentals with beach access in Kozhikode

Our touring group had a diverse age composition of 2 to 77 and all of them had a wonderful time. Tranquil/Peaceful/Serene...Away from all the hustle and bustle...A huge plus is the Blu flag Kappad beach entrance which is about a 7 min drive.. mesmerising sunsets can be viewed from the comfort of your bedroom or balcony.. Highly recommended.. Special Shout out to Shivram Cheta and Unni Cheta who took care of us so well and were there to assist at the snap of a finger...Worthy mention to Mr Jithesh who was super supportive with providing us food options, arranging cabs and suggesting sightseeing places. And Ofcourse thanks to Mr Zubin for being very accommodating, polite and respectful.

It was a last minute planned trip to Kozhikode when searching for accomodation, I landed on this gem. The location itself should earn it 5 stars. Add on that the privacy, always helpful Feroz ( caretaker) available for any help required and other amenities, I would have rated this 6* if possible. The house can easily accomodate a group of 8-10 people and has enough space on the grounds for any campfire or barbeque. Highly recommended, will surely visit again.

As a group, we really enjoyed the beach villa property. Its amazing location made us feel like staying for a day or two more.. but as we were on a schedule, we had to keep moving. Absolutely peaceful and private, with a nice soft sand beach. The rooms were absolutely clean and exactly as the pictures. I wish to go back soon with family to the property.

We stayed at Mavila Krishnan's beach house for three days. The stay was excellent! Walkable distance to the clean, pristine Kappad beach. The beach villa is exactly matching the photos. It was very artistically designed. Peaceful and happy vibes! Thank you Mavila Krishnan for quick communication and hospitality. Tek, Deepa and Sapna were very good. We had great dinner, lunch and breakfast. Would love to visit again! Very happy new year 2024!!

We had the most relaxing and enjoyable stay at this beachside Airbnb! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the ocean with breathtaking views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and sipping coffee while watching the sunrise was a dream come true. The host - Vindhya was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and provided everything we needed, from local recommendations to small touches like beach towels and snacks. The property itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. What stood out was the attention to detail, from the comfy beds to the outdoor seating area, perfect for lounging after a day at the beach. I can’t recommend this stay enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating escape. I’ll definitely be back! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had an amazing stay at this beachfront apartment! The view was absolutely stunning, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped with almost all the amenities we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful.

Probably the property that anyone could ask or wish to settle down for. The apartment is situated right outside of beach facing area, the property description is as is and it's worth every penny. THIS IS A STEAL GUYS :) Recommended. Arshad was an amazing host and was always one step ahead to assist us in whatever that is necessary. I will definitely revisit this place and will recommend to Family and friends. 10/10
