Clean and well kept place for a group of people. Best part is the outdoor area, with ample parking. Kids loved the pets, which was kept outside. Babu, who is the caretaker took care of every need we had. Will surely book again when in Kozhikode.

Perfect Stay for Families and Friends Amidst Nature We recently stayed at this incredible property with our family, and it was truly an amazing experience! The place is perfect for families or groups of friends, offering a peaceful retreat surrounded by lush greenery, tall trees, and a serene water stream where you can even take a refreshing swim. Adjacent to the stream, there’s a beautiful tea plantation that’s perfect for taking stunning photos, especially with the majestic mountain backdrops. The entire setting feels like a postcard come to life. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially making BBQs and cooking meals together, which added to the charm of our time there. The nights were magical, filled with fun and laughter. This is a highly recommended place for anyone planning a Wayanad trip, especially for those who value privacy and quality time with family or friends. We’d love to visit again!

Beautiful property and surrounding. Noel and his mother were extremely friendly. The property was squeaky clean and everything mentioned in the property description was available. My pet as well was extremely comfortable in the property as it was spacious for him to explore. In the future I would prefer to stay at Noel’s property everytime I visit Calicut

The stay was absolutely wonderful! The kitchen was fully equipped with all the facilities we needed, making meal prep super easy. The place itself was incredibly cozy, clean, and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, it was definitely worth the money, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Hosts Vimitha / Deepak and Caretaker Abijith were responsive and I was able to reach out to them whenever I needed something. Place looks exactly like in the pictures. Pristine view from the first floor bedrooms. Accessibility wise, close to the main road. Me and my friends spent a lot of time in the property itself for taking photos - amazing view - looks great for Ig.😆. Also special mention for caretaker Abijith for helping us with travels booking.
