I stayed for one night for an important call during my time here and for me it was a very worthwhile stay. Overall it was comfortable and clean and a good experience. The room is well insulated from street noises compared to many other places I’ve stayed. The bed linens and towels smelled and looked freshly washed. The AC unit was amazing and necessary, also was nice to have a ceiling fan as well. The host was responsive and able to immediately help when called upon. Most importantly, the wifi was good and stable throughout the course of a long call.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, had great air conditioning, and felt very secure. The Host was very helpful with clear instruction in short time, and there was parking available. Plus, it's conveniently located closer to restaurants. Definitely worth it—highly recommend!

The stay is wonderful and located in a peaceful apartment building. Anna was proactive and made sure we had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Kottayam.

A good place to stay for a small family.

Responsive and accommodating host, quite and secure living, family friendly place. The view from the balcony is wort mentioning. The place is very close to sops and restaurants all in a walkable distance.
