I had a fantastic stay at Bumith Place! The property was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made me feel right at home. Everything was exactly as described, and I was impressed with the attention to detail. The location was great, and the amenities provided were perfect for my needs. Given the quality of the stay, I definitely felt it was worth the price. I highly recommend Bumith Place to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and affordable place to stay!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront villa for 3 nights! The villa itself is stunning, perfectly located with breathtaking views and top-notch amenities. The space is beautifully designed, offering both comfort and style. A special shoutout to the host's wonderful staff, Milan and Dulik. They were incredibly courteous and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. Their hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful, luxurious getaway!

The house is as shown on photos, very cozy. I especially enjoyed the lights with multiple lamps, so great! Lots of book available to read. The mini-pool in the garden is also great to cool down after a hot day. It was cleaned almost each day, the house cleaning was one per week. Don is very nice host, he responds quickly and tries to help as much as possible. He managed to arrange fast cleaning and checked us in earlier; as we were totally destroyed after the long flight, it was so appreciated. From the cons perspective, the internet is limited - 58gb of high speed, more needs to be paid (other one is very slow, so we ended up paying multiple times). We also have never used the shared pool. It's located in neighbors' garden. Once we entered to check the pool, the guest staying there was not comfortable seeing us and hinted that we're not welcomed there. Other than that I think the house is great, we would come back again!

Everything was great! Clean, modern, lots of space, quiet. The small pool was great for dipping and relaxing. Host also arranged a great driver for a day trip into the Forest Reserve about an hour away. (must do!)

It was an amazing stay! Hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, communication really great and overall we felt so well looked after. Beautiful historic villa, with a gorgeous design, and everything you might possibly need. Loads of outside space to chill, so much wildlife around, fully fitted kitchen, very comfortable beds. This place will always be in our hearts!

Comfortable apartment. Great location near the beach, 5 min on a bike. We found everything we needed: kitchen, pool, comfort. And it was the first place in Sri Lanka where we found ACs that can make you freeze.

We had a great stay, everyone was super friendly and we felt immediately welcomed. The house was extremely clean and had everything one can think of. Would definitely stay again!

What a fantastic time we had in Sri Lanka! The villa is fabulous, so spacious & very comfortable for us & in a beautiful location. The pictures don't do it justice, we couldn't believe how lovely everything was. The pool was lovely, cleaned daily & very handy for a cooling dip in the heat. The river front location was very peaceful & only a five minute Tuk-tuk ride to a beautiful beach. Plenty of wildlife to see at the villa including monkeys & birds. Malan & Jarnicki were marvellous, wouldn't let us lift a finger to do anything, we felt very privileged, nothing was too much trouble. They are wonderful cooks & all the meals they prepared for us were absolutely delicious. Malan was always happy to take us out in his Tuk-tuk & recommended local places to visit. Also Malan was always happy to pick up shopping for us or take us shopping. We felt we were saying goodbye to friends when we left & we would certainly like to return to the villa for future visits to Sri Lanka. Alistair & Debbie

The house is perfect, we had such a nice stay here. Very stylish, good location and the housekeeper is the sweetest and makes very nice breakfast! The restaurant Citra that they have down the street is one of the best in Sri Lanka also! Would recommend this place to everyone and we hope we have a chance to go back one day!
