I stayed for a week, and this has been one of my very top Airbnb experiences. This listing is perfectly suitable for women traveling alone for work trips or small families too. All the amenities are provided and the view from the window is serene. Easy to access, you'll get food delivered easily via Zomato right at the door. Terry sir also arranged for breakfast items kept in fridge because I specifically asked about milk etc before my arrival. He even refused to take payment for the items stocked in fridge and what he provided lasted for the whole stay. He is extremely sincere person, and very considerate too. The house is all to yourself, which is a peaceful experience in itself. We get ola or uber easily at the entry of the apartment complex easily. The wifi connection was very good and I could attend meetings online easily. location is very near to KIMS hospital. Overall this is perfect place for work trips and it's easily accessible by taxi or auto. I recommend wholeheartedly!

Gorgeous place, serene ambiance and nice stay. The host was really friendly and caring. The candle lit dinner by the riverside and the drizzling rain on the roof top are some of the cute memories of the place. Thanks for hosting us :)

If you are travelling with your parents, you can't ask for something better than this. I parents loved it and especially our host Shaun. He is one of the best hosts I have ever interacted with. About the place: It's like home away from home. Shaun made sure every morning we got local home cooked Kerala cuisine, which served as a boost for the day. The place was clean and upto hotel standards and the best part was the terrace which served as a room for heartfelt conversations. Would definitely book next time too :)

family friendly accommodation. 2 big bedroom, spacious living room, dining room, separate kichen and private balcony. vehicle can park inside the property. the place was as per the description. the host and their family staying nearby, always respond to our request. parcel food available in 30 minutes from near by hotels. 4 properties in one compound, highly recommed for group travellers.

Biji's place was one of the best experiences I have had in my life, and I think the others in our group of 7 would agree. You must stay here: the place is literally on the Kallada river, a boat can come pick you up from the house and take you on a mangrove tour, and you can even swim just by getting down a few steps. The setting is unbeatable. The house itself seemed all brand new, modern, very comfortable. Even the roof was beautiful, but my favourite feature was the ample 2 porch areas with fans, we basically sat outside the entire time to enjoy the views. Clean, gorgeous, and serene, this place is a must-stay. A lovely lady cooked delicious meals for us for a small extra charge, making the stay even better. Biji's hospitality went beyond all this, he even managed to find a gluten-free cake for our friend's birthday, in addition to helping us arrange cabs and boat ride. Many thanks for this unforgettable stay, Biji. We truly felt we were in God's Own Country.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Naveen's Airbnb home for 15 days , and it was an exceptional experience. The property is beautiful and equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the major attractions and conveniences. The property was nice and clean. We were a family of 10 and it was pretty spacious for us. Noel was very responsive and friendly, and he provided early check in which helped us a lot. Only caveat is that the property is located on a very narrow downward slope, which might be difficult to get to and park inside the property, especially on bigger vehicles.

Sujeesh was very kind and helpful. My friend got sick and the pharmacy was closed so he went to another one for us. Thank you again :)

We had a fantastic stay! The property was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed the BBQ area, and our host Alvin went above and beyond by providing all the necessary equipment and even marinating the chicken and fish for us. Alvin was a wonderful host, always available and friendly. We highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.
