Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Koto City

We loved June’s place, it felt like our own little home in Tokyo. Beds were so comfy! The location was quiet and felt very local, and it was so easy to catch the nearby train to stations like Shinjuku, only 2 stops away. June is a very responsive and lovely host who is willing to help with anything you need. Would recommend to anyone and I would stay again anytime I’m visiting Tokyo. 💖

We had such a great stay! Chose the apartment for its cozy, well-designed interior and definitely didn’t disappoint. Being right next to the station made it super easy to get around despite being slightly out of the city centre and there were plenty of food options and grocery stores/convenience stores close by. We would love to come back in the future.

If you go to the National Museum, Art Museum, Asakusa Temple, Skytree, etc., this is highly recommended.Convenient transportation, easy to get to following the host's instructions, and there are convenience stores and local restaurants around.The room is large, two 28 store suitcases can be enjoyed. The bathroom is equipped with clothes drying and blowing equipment, laundry is very convenient, basically the next day it dried, and the amount of hangers is sufficient. Will visit again next time in Tokyo!

Fantastic stay in Tokyo! Ushka's apartment is centrally located--close to so much--but still very quiet and private. Such a wonderful host--Ushka was super responsive to all of our questions and helpful at every turn. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo for the first or hundredth time. Yuki’s place was great. We were four adult male friends in Tokyo and found it to be clean, spacious enough and walkable to Shinjuku or even Shibuya. Yuki was super responsive and helpful, recommending lots of food. Thanks Yuki! Would recommend.

Cannot recommend this place enough. A beautiful quiet location a quick walk to supermarkets and convenience stores. Easy access to Shinjuku and surrounds, we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Tokyo

Spacious house for our 5 guest stay. Situated in a great location close to everything you’d need. Kevin’s instructions for getting to the property were very helpful. We especially loved the slippers supplied, the projector and great shower! Would highly recommend!

The house is very beautiful and clean, it’s easy to find and close to the JE station. Keiko is warm-hearted, I appreciate that Keiko helped us a lot during this travel. Especially when we went to Mount Fuji, she helped to keep our big luggage. If next time I have chance to Tokyo again, I will choose it again

Yukari was more than a host, she is a friend. She is kind, friendly, helpful and very responsive. She picked us up at the station and also dropped us off when we departed. Japan is a great place to visit for its beauty, culture and especially the people. Maison’s place was a great place to spend our trip in Tokyo. Conveniently located, it is only a few short steps from the train station, which is one stop away from Ikebukuro station. The house itself was well kept and clean, and there was even a washing machine, which was helpful since we were there for a week. There was also lots of space, which is very hard to find in Tokyo! The hosts were very hospitable and allowed us to check in early on the day and were also flexible with allowing us to checkout late since we had a later flight. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient location while also being away from the noisier areas of the city!

Great hosts that are caring. They provided me with a binder full of instructions and information about transportation and surrounding restaurants. They offer to pick you up from the station nearby and to drop you off. I had a last minute change to my schedule and had to leave a day early. They were kind enough to drop me off at Aoto Station within 30mins of me alerting them of my sudden departure. Very kind.

The accommodation was very close to Meguro Station, so it was convenient to travel. The interior of the accommodation was well-equipped, so I didn't feel lacking in staying. I recommend it

Luckily booked to such a great room a week before departure, the space is big three people three big suitcases can be opened, there is a convenient store 3 minutes walk, about 5-10 minutes there is a supermarket, 10-15 minutes can go to Ikebukuro station, like other reviews occasionally hear ambulance but not affect sleeping, the room is neat as new, the host is also very willing to let us drop our luggage early, recommended👍

This Airbnb was magical! This is our third time staying at this place. Jun was a fantastic host, so welcoming and helpful. The space was even better than the photos – sparkling clean, stylish, and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring nearby areas like Shibuya Shinjuku at the same time we get to enjoy the quiet neighbourhood. We highly recommend this Airbnb and can't wait to return!

It was a comfortable airbnb, had what we needed for a stay in Nakano. Pretty easy to get to the train station and the main Nakano shopping area.

You can find the location okay, and there are convenience stores and grocery stores nearby, so I used it comfortably. I intend to visit again on my next visit to Tokyo. The staff who helped me check in kindly explained:) It can be a little small for 3 men to stay, and it would be great if two friends would go.

It's good for 6 people in the family. It was spacious compared to Japanese accommodations and turned off the bed. It was convenient to use about 10 minutes from Kinshicho Station, and there was a large grocery store nearby, so it was easy. There was only one bathroom, but it was clean and well organized. It was better than I expected, and it's an accommodation I want to frequent.

2nd time staying and the location mixed with a fantastic apartment for myself wife and 3 year old makes us want to stay again. Highly recommend
