House vacation rentals in Kota Samarahan

Cyril's place is amazing. We stayed for several days in July. Cyril is very helpful with local hints and advice. He goes above and beyond the role of host we went for dinner to a local smokehouse one evening so that I could try lots of local food. The location is a bit out of town but that's really not a problem it's 11-12RM in a grab to the centre and we never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a car. The pool is great to come back to on a hot afternoon and the shower was great. It is an unusual place, if you have an open heart and want to engage beyond a bland hotel room in a faceless block then Cyril's place is a gem.

We traveled with friends, and the six of us (four adults and two kids) stayed at Welyne and Gilles' home during our visit to Sarawak. We all had a wonderful time. The house is situated in a peaceful and scenic location, perfect for relaxing and recharging. It’s also conveniently close to the Semenggoh Wildlife Centre, about a 30-minute drive from downtown. The house itself is well-maintained, comfortable with pool, and very well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Welyne and Gilles were excellent hosts—very friendly and accommodating. We especially appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the local culture, enjoy delicious meals, and take part in a durian tasting that Welyne kindly arranged. Thank you for a lovely stay. We hope to visit again in the future!

The house of Jasmine is a great choice and will recommend anytime to those interested. The in-house facilities and gadgets are user friendly and in good condition. The home was structured well for family and friends bonding, beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and overall had a very pleasant stay. Our host Jasmine is helpful, friendly and always contactable.

The setup and layout of the house made for a warm welcome and stay as a family of 6. Our kids had plenty of room to play around outside and in the pool. Even very roomy inside as well. Plenty of room and even had a washer and dryer for clothes washing. Will definitely stay here again for future trips to Kuching. It was only a 5 min walk to the SamaJaya Park and also within walking distance to some family friendly parks for walking in the mornings and kids to play on swings and a playground. Will recommend for our friends to stay if they ever find themselves wanting a place to just relax and spend time as a family.

The homestay was incredibly comfortable and looked exactly like the photos provided. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and as described. A great value for the money—highly recommended!

there is not much to say about this house, it’s perfect in all aspect. feels like home and very clean. for improvements maybe the host can provide “real” towel not the disposable one for guest stay 3 nights/longer and add more cutlery and glass since it has very view of them. nice stay 👍🏼👍🏼 hope to stay again next trip to kuching

Had a great stay! The house was clean and beautiful. The host was very responsive and helpful especially when we requested a bed sheet change and extra towels. He came immediately and provided everything we needed. Really appreciate the quick response and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Adequate space for a big family to stay.

Located at Tabuan Jaya area, 5mins to local eateries, malls and Market. 15mins to airport and town. Fantastic place, clean, comfortable and well-equipped for the stay. Responsive host too!

Bedroom one 1king and 1single with toilet Bedroom two and three 1queen each. Toilet sharing attach. Bedroom four downstair 1queen Got laundry room with detergent. 15-20min to waterfront and bandar area. 30min to samariang waterpark.

The place is nice to stay for a big family! Requested for extra floor mattresses and host provided enough. The check-in was smooth, easy instruction. Location wise near to malls & other places (banks, laundry, shop..). We had a pleasant stay!
