House vacation rentals in Kota Kinabalu District

Surely i will come again, I love the place. Quiet neighborhood even on Hari Raya. The house is clean, well maintained, can cook, can watch u tube, netflix etc. the host provide more than enough for me. i felt like home, plus i love the mini pool & the ambiance is very relaxing.

Very comfortable place. Bed and pillows were extra comfy. Nice and quiet. Convenience store and fast food restaurant available downstairs.

Alisa’s place is perfect up to 4 pax. She provides enough utensils and cutleries and suitable for a family to cook dinner . She is also very responsive to our questions and request . My friends and I are very happy to stay there and would recommend it to our family and friends

Amazing Family Stay with a Private Pool – Unforgettable Experience! Our family had a fantastic time at Ocean Villa! The private pool was definitely a highlight—our kids spent hours swimming and playing while we relaxed poolside. It made the whole trip feel extra special and private. The villa was spotless, spacious, and perfectly set up for families. We felt right at home with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a safe, peaceful environment. Check-in was super easy, and the host was kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Great place. Responsive owner. They are adding swimming pool and jacuzzi! Facilities that are not included in the picture are BBQ pit & a stage with spot light. Recommended 👍👍

We had a fun Christmas get-together at Elizabeth's place. Host gave a clear instruction on self check-in and very responsive. Elizabeth's place has all the basic necessities we need for 3 days and 2 nights staycation. Thank you!

This Homestay is very near to the airport, only few minutes driving distance, very convenient for picking groups arriving at different times. Besides, the unit is clean, well equipped and spacious, very spacious, enough space for individuals, and different groups having separate sessions at different space of the unit.
