Kenny was friendly, helpful and accomodating. He never once bothered me during my stay and had five little dogs which, once warmed up to your presence, will be really cute to play with. Kenny was also easy to chat with and very friendly, and when I got my checkout date wrong, he didn't rush me or displayed a bad attitude about it, and even allowed me to sit in his living room while I booked my next accommodation. He also brought me out for afternoon tea with his two sons while I was waiting for my friend to come fetch me. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay with family & friends. Location is quite isolated so you can enjoy the nature vibe along with clear view of mount kinabalu and flowers planted around the village. Place was clean, got personal BBQ spot and well equipped kitchen for cooking. My only complaint was the bathroom as both of the showerheads weren't functioning at all. Other than that, it was a great stay that worth the money.

We are very much satisfied with our 4 nights stay. The things we liked: The location of the unit. Very close to the building lift, swimming pool and gym. As it's just above the Imago mall, shopping and dining is very convenient. The amenities provided as per listing. Especially the washing machine, dryer, washing powder, lots of hangers and ceiling mounted drying rack. Clean and bright living+kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The minus: As Imago mall is a busy hub, getting in and out via our rented car was a challenge. To drive back to the unit during the busy/peak hour, it took us close to an hour. The driveway to the resident parking is shared with the public driving into the mall's parking. We realized this and decided to take the Grab on the following days. The rented car was useful in Kundasang, not so much in KK. We highly recommend May Suen's unit. We for sure will definitely be staying here again.
