Vacation rentals with a patio in Košice-Juh

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment. It is well equipped and very clean and its location is near the city center.

Everything met my expectations.

The apartament is huge and very clean. Although outside was snowy and cold inside was warm and cozy. We found tea and coffee on the house. It is in the city centre and only 15 minutes walk to the bus/railway station. It was a great deal for our stay in Kosice.

Great place right in the city centre of Košice. Highly recommend for a stat, shorter or longer. Spacious with a lovely patio/balcony which must be amazing in the summer. Everything you need, together with parking in the garage with very easy access. Martina communicated very clearly and promptly. Thank you again

Conveniently located little apartment for two in the very center of the old town. 10 minutes from the train station. Clean, convenient. We were warmly greeted by Ms. Zlata despite our late arrival time.

Martin is a very responsive host who was able to mobilize quickly following a disappointment with another AirBnb. The apartment is very well located, quiet but close to the old town and the main attractions of Kosice. The space was very clean and functional. We had a lovely stay.

We loved our stay at Ondrej’s place! Nicely styled, clean accommodation with the comfiest beds we have stayed in during our travels. The place has great facilities and is in a great location with only a short walk into town (~15 mins). Ondrej is a super friendly guy and was very easy to communicate with, we felt very comfortable staying in his accomodation. Big recommend if you’re in Košice, thanks again! 😁

Nice, calm, peaceful environment, clean and tidy house, great decor. They were especially baby-friendly, waiting for us with a baby bath and a changing house. I checked with the landlord on the phone several times, and he was very helpful and kind every time we travel to this neighborhood, we will definitely go back here.

Tidy cottage in a beautiful location with fantastic views, huge garden, barbecue, grill and two terraces, super nice host! Glad we stayed here! :)

Really well renovated old house, matching the era when it was built - super authentic. The interior and furniture is also well selected. The kitchen counter could have been bigger, as we are devoted cooks, but apart from this everything was absolutely perfect. The house is very comfortable, the garden is well kept and the surrounding and nature is just out of this world. There is a stream running in front of the property - you must try having your morning coffee standing barefoot in the stream and listening to…absolutely nothing but nature 💚

We went down with a group of friends for 2 nights, 3 days. It was the best decision to book this house. Everything was very clean and tidy, the hot tub and sauna were fantastic! The house was beautiful and very comfortable, full of entertainment. And the neighborhood is full of fantastic excursions. Thank you so much, we will be back! :)

Very cozy and welcoming place to stay. Beautiful house with a large terrace, beautiful and clean bathroom and towels. Super-equipped kitchenette, from glasses to silverware to dishwasher. I recommend.

This apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was impeccably clean, stylish, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the city center, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Kris, the host, was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, making us feel right at home. The apartment in the old town, and yet it wasn't loud . Air conditioning at a premium on hot days . Perfect location for exploring Kosice. The apartment is very nicely decorated.
