Great location with plenty of room. Brilliant kitchen and bathroom. We loved the balcony and easy work to castle, markets and shops. Plenty of restaurants close by and our host was very well communicated and friendly

Great house is right between Toyama and Kanazawa. It is very convenient to park two cars in the Japanese courtyard and carp. The host was very welcoming and prepared to bubble bucket heel sake sake very recommended

This place is tucked away nicely in a private and quiet area of Kanazawa. Despite that, it’s still within a 20 min walk to local sight seeing spot and a number of good restaurants. The house itself was as described. It was very clean, beautiful, and had all the amenities that we needed. The house was cozy and we felt right at home. The only thing that we didn’t like that much was that the windows rattled a little bit due to strong winds, which made sleeping slightly difficult. Overall it’s still a really beautiful home. The host, Yu, was extremely polite and responsive to our questions. The check in was easy and we were allowed to go in earlier than expected after the house was ready. They had given us local recommendations and allowed us to leave our luggage behind for a few hours after check in. If you’re ever in Kanazawa and want a unique and private place to stay at, I highly recommend this place.

This place is great! Big enough to fit like 6 or so people. It was close enough to walk from the Shinkansen station. Amy was an excellent host and sent several great recommendations. The laundry was an excellent touch because I was out of clean clothes! One thing to note is I don’t think there’s a hot tub as there is in the description. Airbnb really boosts that up too since it’s the only place in the area with that amenity. There is a regular Japanese style wet room with a shower and bath tub though. Overall good stay!

The homestay is more spacious and clean than the photos, the air conditioner and warm table make the room warm, the cooking and kitchen utensils are full, oil and condiments are also provided, very attentive! The bed in the style of sleeping is very comfortable, and the room is right next to the street to hear the occasional car noise, but it does not affect sleep. The washing machine works, you can dry your clothes at the balcony, it is a luxurious configuration. The little lady who welcomed us in English was very good, the communication was smooth during our stay, and their agency also provided a lot of local experiences, it was a great platform, crazy recommended!

The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the host was very helpful during check-in. He helped us to book a few restaurants in the area and answered any questions that we had about the Airbnb. I would definitely recommend staying here during your trip to Kanazawa!

This historical lodge near the pond was accessible by public transportation (bus), but needs light in dark roads. I thank you for the kind hospitality for checking in late. The room was clean and good enough, except for the insects (stink bug?) in the room. Free coffee from coffee beans was great!! Shared kitchen is available.

Beautiful accomodation at a very nice spot in Kanazawa. The Kenroku-en garden and the Kanazawa Castle are practically right across the street! The house is tastefully appointed with everything thought for. We had a very pleasant time and would 100% recommend it to others. We'll definitely stay here next time we're in Kanazawa!

Our group of 3 really enjoyed the traditional feel and interior of this home! The delicate tea set and meditation zone upstairs were delightful to assist in slowing down our normal pace. Especially with the sauna experience to begin our days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in the mornings and plenty of restaurants nearby. Everything was spotless, comfortable and felt safe and private. Walkable to many historic districts. Host was always very responsive and clear with instructions.
