Good location - several grocery stores nearby. Tuesday market was only a 5-minute walk from the apartment and had great food and prices. Apartment was very clean, bright and comfortable. Had everything we needed, and it felt like we were in our own home. Very quiet building, with ample parking. On the 5th floor so appreciated the elevator. Banu is a very friendly, organized, and experienced host. She was quick to respond to our messages, and we appreciated her suggestions for restaurants, etc. Would definitely recommend staying here. We really enjoyed staying at Serap's place. It was really comfortable, spacious and the house is very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker etc.) and clean. It is quite and peaceful, the view at the mountains and forest is amazing. You can easily plan hiking trips to the nearby locations (eg. Trebenna) and enjoy gozleme restaurant which is 10min walking distance. The only drawbacks were lack of wifi during our staying (it was due to the service provider, Serap made it up for us though which was much appreciated) and the distance to the rocks for climbing (by car its around 15min, it was known already during booking). I highly recommend the place if you look for a comfortable and peaceful spot! :) perfect for a group of friends or a family.

Great apartment with stocked kitchen making it convenient for a long stay. It is located within 12-15 min. walk from a public beach. Grocery stores are just around the corner. Everything in the apartment worked fine during our stay (14 days). The front desk people arranged a taxi ride for us to the airport at 5:00 AM. I am very happy.

The house met our expectations. The design was beautiful, everything was available in the house for all requests. It's also an advantage to be within walking distance to the beach. The house is also technologically equipped and having 3 air conditioners made our job very easy. However, due to the fact that it is very close to the street and the insulation is not very good, the road & vehicle sound was constantly in the house. Overall, we were satisfied, we would love to stay again.
