We spent a few nights in Bente's wonderful apartment. The location was fantastic, close to the sea. We enjoyed stunning sunsets from the nearby breakwater and had our morning coffee in the yard, soaking up the sun and the sea view. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, allowing us to cook comfortably in the kitchen. The provided maps and tips about local services and attractions were a great bonus. We couldn't have asked for more!

Sissel is a great host. she has helped us before getting there and during our stay. she was kind and helpful, gave us all the needed instructions. the house is a lovely spot, on a beautiful, peaceful fjord. I would recommend this place and Sissel as a host.

Beautiful riverside cottage with sauna & hot tub

We very much enjoyed our stay at the riverside cottage, it was very cozy and with hot tub (facing north for the aurora!) and sauna we had our own little "spa". The super market in Nuorgam provided everything we needed to cook, mind that there are not a lot of restaurants in the area. The real highlight were the activities, especially the snow-mobile excursions in the wilderness. We planned to do a very lazy vacation and ended up spending three days exploring the tundra, which was almost surreally beautiful. Hannu and Anne-Marie were super helpful, nice, funny and attentive, everything was organized smoothly. This will certainly not be the last time for us visiting north Lapland and we'd certainly try to get a slot in one of their cottages again. If you go, really consider a 4x4 car, our trips to the Norwegian coast wouldn't have been possible without.

Pleasant little house where you feel good and where nothing is missing. The place is secluded for those looking for calm while having the amenities of the city nearby. Thanks to Morten who brought us snowmobile and with whom the exchanges were pleasant. The loan of cross-country skis and the hot tub are the little extras of this place.

Cosy cabin by the sea

We had a great stay at Heidi and Jan's cabin. The cabin is very cozy with a nice view over the fjord. Upon entering, it was wonderfully warm. We were allowed to use wood for the fireplace and sauna. We stayed here for 4 nights and saw the Northern Lights for 3 evenings. For that it is best to walk to the street. We drove by car towards Vardø and towards Mehamn. Both rides were very nice in the snow. The communication with Heidi was good and she was quick to respond. We can really recommend this place for anyone who loves peace and wants to visit the less touristy spots of Norway. From Kirkenes airport it is about 3 hours drive. We'd love to come back to this special place!

We had a wonderful memory in Mette’s cabin. I will not forget this trip. Cabin was amazing and it was located in very quite place. I truly recommend to anyone who wish to have a valuable time in personal, comfortable place with a clean, organized cabin. Oh, having a chance to see the northern light was an extra experience at Mette’s cabin!!!! Thank you Mette.

The house is in a place at the end of the world. The road ends here, the last part of the way to Hamningberg will probably be the backdrop of a science fiction film at some point. The place is very nicely located and also from the house you have a very nice view. In the house you notice that it has a history, it is not sterile or stylish, but lived and authentic. Since it was sunny, we were able to fully enjoy the peace, view and reindeer in the garden on the terrace. For us, it was a very special stay that we will never forget.

Simply our favorite place in this part of the world! This was our fifth stay in Margherita's flat over the years, and we always enjoyed the peaceful life in Kongsfjord and the spectacular surroundings.

The exterior of the apartment is highlighted by a well-maintained garden with green grass. A seating area is visible, featuring white chairs and a table. A wooden deck leads to a separate building, and warm lighting illuminates the structure against the evening sky.
