Each time I stay at Samuel’s I’m impressed with the way he goes out of his way to personalize my stay. He remembers me from previous stays and always has a nice surprise for me! I always look forward to my stays . He maintains the apartment very well Thank you Samuel!

I experienced my stay with Samuel as fantastic. From the booking to my departure, I always experienced a tremendously hospitable host who is always willing to help or inform you about the accommodation or the city of Accra. As a solo traveller, it was great to have someone who knows the city and is willing to occasionally show you the city and culture of Accra in a passionate way. As a result, I will definitely return again in the future. The accommodation is exactly as in the photos and fully equipped. I would describe the neighbourhood as safe and quiet. If you are not only looking for a comfortable appartment close to all the highlights of Accra but also for a hospitality you will not soon experience elsewhere I will definitely recommend it.

Our stay was amazing, the place is clean and tidy. The host was always responsive and proactive. We really enjoyed our time there. We sometimes played music loudly (sorry about that 😅) but no complaints from the neighbours. We felt at home ... Everything was perfect for us...thanks again to Rashad for keeping the place up to standard.

Shiela is a fantastic host. She responds quickly to messages and questions, and she's very flexible. The house is lovely and comfortable, and felt very home-like. I feel it's important to report that the internet went out for about 1.5 days out of my 10-day stay. There is nothing she could have done about this and she was very sympathetic to the issue. However if wifi is something you absolutely must have, I recommend you bring a backup hotspot and/or get to know the area restaurants that provide free connection (Breakfast to Breakfast is great that way). It's not a complaint and I firmly believe in the 5-stars I gave. Just something to be aware of.

definitely felt like home beautiful clean crisp space, classy white walls very spacious modern luxury minimalist feel. great building safe quiet peaceful of course local vibrant community. quick easy access for transportation and quick easy walk to things. The steps were simple and great if you'd like a little exercise. easy to find and quick walk to what you need. great host and team helpful and accommodating. beautiful windows for a great breeze or great view. nice layout love the first world services like hot water two huge movie TVs and Netflix and nice comfortable sofa and beautiful glass dinning table. 11 min Resort nearby for great breakfast and pool Beach to stroll, everything close enough. roomy shower room. Best stay. Breath of fresh air. Good 1.

Senadja was a wonderful host. She welcomed my son, my husband and I so warmly! She is such a humble person. The place was very nice and calm. We slept so well in the bed. We really appreciated our moments there! We will definitly come back! I highly recommend the place. 🤗

The highlight of my weekend wasn’t even how beautiful the rooms were but how kind Kofi was to us. Very patient in dealing with us and so much in a hurry to answer any questions! The house was so serene. Didn’t even feel like we were in Accra! It definitely felt like I was in my dream home. Everything was working and honestly, I don’t think the pictures do enough Justice to how pretty the place is. The bath tub plus Netflix was it for me! I’m definitely going back and I definitely recommend!

We had a great weekend, thoroughly recommend visiting. Peter looked after us really well and there was great communication with the owners.

This is the best place to stay,privacy,good location and great reception

Martin was a fantastic host. I booked his place after needing to leave my previously booked Airbnb so Martin only had about an hour to get the place ready before my arrival. He magically was able to get the place ready for me and was supportive and responsive at every point. Even when things beyond his control happened (such as the power going out in the neighborhood), Martin went above and beyond to rent two generators so that I could always have power and didn’t have to go without air conditioning. I couldn’t have asked for a better host and would highly recommend him and his place to anyone visiting Accra.

If anyone is planning on going to Ghana with a large group, I HIGHLY recommend booking accommodations with Alex. My family and I just got back from Ghana last night and it was a trip of a lifetime. From the very first moment of booking, I felt good vibes from Alex. He was in constant communication with me before, during, and even after our departure. The house was beautiful and spacious for all 11 people. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat. The staff was absolutely fantastic. They made us feel right at home. Someone was always available whenever we needed anything. They became part of our extended family. Big shout out to Brother Charles, Brother Addo, and Sister Vivian. Special shout out to Joyce and Abu and of course Mr. Alex himself. Thank you all for making our stay in Ghana a memorable one. We honestly did not want to leave at the end of our stay. The family is already planning to go back next year. No doubt about who we will booking our accommodations with.

Cindy’s place is lovely, clean and comfortable. There was a slight issue at check in but it was quickly resolved. Cindy’s communication was great. There is quite a bit of traffic going towards Cindy’s place from 6pm when rush hour begins. Other than that I would definitely stay again whenever I am in Accra.

This was a great place to stay clean secure and respectful staff. If you like hot showers, stay at a hotel though. The location is reasonable distance from most things and accessible.

This is the place where you want to experience Ghana!! Let me say this. During the first part of my trip I stayed at an expensive “luxury” apartment and was not comfortable nor impressed. When we arrived at Desmond’s Airbnb, we immediately felt at home. The space was clean, well stocked, and very welcoming! Desmond is extremely responsive, picked us up and dropped us off, brought us breakfast, and even gave me a tour of the Independence Arch with great knowledge. After each day of exploring, our Airbnb was a special haven to come back to and unwind. Lastly, Desmond and his family are truly special. I wouldn’t hesitate booking again and 100% recommend!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment !! I’m very particular about , 3 things; safety, AC and clean space. The security was top notch; 27/7, every visitor is requested to show acceptable identification. My visitors weren’t happy about showing ID repeatedly but I was secretly happy with that. The security men were very courteous and helpful. The cleaning staff were amazing; the entire apt and linens gets cleaned Q3days and they do it happily. There’s a generator , and comes right on in the event of power outages. Water supply is continuous. Don’t worry about burning up in a hot room cus the AC works so well. Now to the super host Danny, THANK YOU for being such an amazing and accommodating host. He makes sure to stop by and see the guests after check in. I had an evening flight and check out was supposed to be 11am; my host allowed me stay till about 5pm. The location is great. I will always book this apartment or any property owned by Royal Kingdom Estates so long as it’s available .

Pleasant stay, nice place, good location, good price. Just a tip to let the doorman know of you will be cooking in the morning to have him turn on the gas.

Whether you are visiting for business or pleasure, I cannot recommend this room enough. It is a hidden gem that offers comfort, convenience, and a charming atmosphere.
