The apartment was really nice, even better than in the pictures, everything felt newly renovated, well decorated, clean and fresh, incredibly comfortable bed for a good night's sleep, the sauna a big plus, had a great time. The area had good walking paths, it was really close to the water so nature was nice in the surroundings. Quiet area, nothing that bothered. Near to supermarkets and shops. Great contact with host Tytti. Free parking, all appliances/machines/electronics that were needed, fridge and freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine (large drying room in the building), toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Complete accommodation. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at Carita's place so many times that it feels like our home away from home. The apartment is nicely decorated, very well equipped, spacious and always extremely clean. The location by the market square is perfect. Carita is friendly and quick to respond and check in/check out went very smoothly.

We only stayed a short time to break up a long drive. After a hiccup with airbnb sending me the wrong lockbox code it was resolved quickly and everything else was great. The place was very clean and the 2 bedrooms worked great. I would recommend this to anyone staying in the area

Pretty apartment in a quiet location in a single-family home in a small house and within walking distance of everything. The apartment is new, clean, and comfortably furnished. Great parking in the yard of the house. Communication with Natalie is very smooth. This place can be recommended without reservation.

A clean and tidy place to stay. Cozy and functional small apartment. Cozy and everything you need. Central but peaceful location and surroundings. Dealing with the host was smooth and very friendly. Responded quickly, which was a big plus. All in all, it was a pleasant and positive experience of the stay.

It was a really good stay. I am very pleased with the friendly treatment I received and excellent accommodation. The apartment was really clean and cozy. In addition, there was a really nice consideration for the guests and snacks. The only downside was the traffic noise during the day, but it didn't hurt at night when the street quieted down. Definitely recommend and could come again. 💞

Heidi was a friendly, responsive and welcoming host. The apartment was nicely spacious, clean, bright and well equipped. We enjoyed the large balcony with view towards a park. There is no direct view into the apartment from other buildings. We had a good sleep - the beds were firm and very comfortable, and the building was wonderfully quiet. In the kitchen & living room area the chairs and the sofa were also of good quality.

The place was very nice and cozy. Communicating with Carita was easy and seamless. She was friendly and always responded in a timely manner, actively messaging and instructions herself. Also the location was very good. The vibe was cozy, and it was also great that the little animal friend was welcome too.

Everything went great! A great spacious apartment right in the center of Kokkola, just a stone's throw from the train station and services. Communication with Terho went smoothly all the time. Our trip was scheduled last minute due to train cancellations during the day, and we were able to switch stays smoothly for the next day. Highly recommended!

A functional and spacious apartment that was conveniently located near your own workplace. It would also be great for a group of a few or a family. The sound of the AC admittedly a bit loud, which can make it hard to sleep. Otherwise, no complaints. Communicating with the host was super effortless!

Heidi's place is a great place to rest for a commuter. A sauna and car parking right next to the house are a clean plus. The cottage is on the second floor at the end of the stairs, so it's a good idea to think twice about the reservation. The apartment is cozy and peaceful, there was no trouble when I got a head on the pillow. Downtown Kokkola is a few minutes away by car. It took all four minutes to Chydenia by car. I recommend the room for both work and leisure travelers. I hoped the calendars meet when Kokkola calls again.
