Beautiful place with a great host. The place is great and Nikos helped us with everything to make our stay with two babies very pleasant. You can also rent a car with very good deal.

Fantastic communication from Chris, very kind and flexible. Had some local goodies upon arrival in a bowl at the table! There was a slight issue with a drain, but Chris was extremely proactive in helping sort and did not affect the rest of the holiday! Would very much recommend this place, great location too…such a good spot!

What an amazing view that the apartment have… We had 4 perfect days with peaceful environment and sea which is just 20 steps far from home entrance. Hope to see you again Psili Ammos and the Chris’s lovely flat :)

We have had 2 wonderful weeks here. Apartment and patio among the fruit trees just great. Hosting Anna and her mother were absolutely amazing. They have been helpful and pleasant throughout. Greek atmosphere and hospitality at its finest. Perfect location with short distance to both beach, hiking terrain and main street in the city center. Highly recommend.

we were greeted by Jenni, the mother of Stamatios. He was a very friendly and friendly lady. The house was extremely nice and clean and as in the photos. The location is a great place if we are a whole thinker with the sea and the beach. Away from the crowds of people and a beautiful place for body/soul therapy. Considering that it is an hour away from Pythagerion (taxis bring and take windows openly without using air conditioning🙂), I recommend staying for at least 2 nights. Restaurants are more affordable than Pythagerion but more expensive than Athens. The house is great, the hostess Jenni is a more wonderful person, so I highly recommend staying for at least 2 nights. If I were to go again, I would have planned a 3 night stay. stamatios responds to your questions via message honestly and on time. That's why 2 thanks to a cat, Jenni, his mother, deserves a lot.

We had a wonderful time at Balos Beach. The ocean is just a few steps away from Dafnis place. You even are able hear the waves crash from your bedroom. There are several restaurants in a walking distance and the beach is perfect if you a looking for a silent place to calm down. Next to the apartment is a local coffee shop/mini-market which has Greek Live music once a week. Listening to the live music next to many locals was one the most delightful experiences we had in Greece. Dafnis husband who can provide you with fresh bread, croissants, etc. on a daily basis was the cherry on top.

Nice apartment, well located because quiet but 5 min from the beach and restaurants. Impeccably clean and well-equipped .

Dimitri's place was quite literally within a few minutes walk of everything. The location was perfect and he was very responsive. I would definitely return.

This was an outstanding location with well thought out amenities and a gorgeous elevated deck with terrific views of the ocean. Voula and her sister Eva could not have been more responsive and helpful to any questions or special requests we had. We have never had a more relaxing and enjoyable Airbnb experience. Thank you Voula and Eva; we can’t wait until we return.

Difficult to describe one of the best Airbnb in Greece....A recess of peace and assesment, flowers, plants, harmony, history, ethnography.....It feels the soul of the place, cozy, absolutely clean, indiscreptiblely peaceful...with a strong character in Lili...the Great Host who created this little paradise 20 minutes walk down a mule path in the fascinating village of Mitilini stuffed with local trade, restaurants, grocery stores, Greek magic!!!!! 1 week is not enough to savor the place...and also not enough to discover the human magnitude of Lyli. Bellavista should be Villa Lyli.....the great artwork of Samos

A great stay. Studio equipped with all basic comforts. Very clean, air conditioning, fan on the ceiling and a nice balcony. Everything sparkling clean, including the hallway and the stairs. The host super friendly and helpful. Street is cozy with the bakery that is already open at 7 am. Get fresh croissant and get your first coffee on the bench. Holiday feeling at its best. The supermarket is next to the studio and I think it's the best restaurant in Kokkari; The beer tavern! The village is cozy and the beach is approximately a 5-minute walk. The sea is phenomenal and nice for swimming. I came here for a week of rest and come to myself, armed with two books and this worked out. Staring at the sea and then again in my book. A Greek salad with a Samos wine on the terrace and in the evening filled dorade food at the neighbors (the beer tavern) Absolutely recommended. A 10 for Dimitris and Eirini.

maria and her place was wonderful. kokkari is my all time favouritte but after this experience it’s more than it. this place is really peaceful, the view is amazing. even we’re in spring, it’s nice to reach that seaside this easy. full equipment of kitchen, comfy beds, nice bath, private parking area and air conditioner for heating in the march; they are all perfect! maria was really such a good person, so nice to have her.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is very well located, close to everything, with parking very close by. There was everything we needed, there was air conditioning, a fan and a small terrace. It's so quiet! Nickolas and his dad are very welcoming, and offers us a long list of things to do (visit, beach, restaurant) and are very good tips. I highly recommend to spend a few days there!

Absolutely fantastic stay! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our visit. The 2-bed apartment is stunning – stylish, clean, and in an unbeatable location right on the main street in Pythagorio. As an extra treat, they gave us lovely Easter gifts including sweetened bread, dyed eggs, and chocolates – such a thoughtful touch! We genuinely felt welcomed and looked after. We’ll definitely be back to stay again. Highly recommend!

It was our most peaceful holiday. Having an infinity pool in addition to the beautiful view of the house will make your holiday more enjoyable. The equipment of the house was definitely sufficient. George& Dimitra were so kind both welcoming and saying goodbye to us. Vathy is very close to the center, but you may still need to drive. Highly recommend for those traveling to this area.

It was a very comfortable place where we went as a family. The location was great, 5 minutes to the sea, the pool was clean, it was very nice, and it helped with all our problems, a very good friendly host, thank you for everything.

Maria’s place was lovely and the view was breathtaking! The gardens were lush, we felt like it was peaceful and private. Maria helped arrange wonderful and unique transportation to get to a wedding; however, the main town is an easy 10 minute walk up enchanting stairs and pathways. We would definitely recommend!
