The BnB is located on the 2nd floor of our oceanfront home. This upstairs, fully furnished apartment has a private entrance that requires you to walk up 14 steps. The bedroom, living room and kitchen all have ocean views that look out over historic Mill Bay. There is a private deck where you can sit and regularly observe Bald Eagles, Sea Otters, and more. We are just 3 miles from the city center, 1 mile from Safeway and Wal-Mart, and 1/2 mile from beautiful Fort Abercrombie State Historic Park.

Our studio style cabana in The Flats has all you need for your time in Kodiak. The 10 minute drive south from the airport is packed with ocean and mountain vistas, and our wooded lot is only steps from Russian Creek. The Cabana has its own parking area and entrance to the property, and shares our private, fenced, one-acre space with our family home and two big, furry, friendly dogs. With downtown Kodiak being just 15 minutes north, our cabana is a perfect base regardless of your adventure!

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful place. The home has three bedrooms & sleeps 8 guests with ease. Two rooms have full with twin top bunk beds, one room has a queen bed and if needed there is an additional air mattress available. This getaway offers all the benefits of home with heat throughout, ceiling fans in each room, and black out shades in the bedrooms for those bright Alaskan nights. It is located in the heart of it all! Close enough to everything, and yet still quaint!

Shared laundry on the property. Most affordable Car rentals in town available for our guests on Turo (black 2018 highlander SUV and 2020 white Ford F150)

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Minutes away from local grocery store and Walmart but still located in a quiet neighborhood. The house has 3 bedroom 3 full bathrooms. Newly installed floors, freshly painted walls and much more! Visitors have access to Wi-Fi, laundry, outdoor fire pit, fenced in back yard, plenty of parking, movie projector and a pool table. *Hot tub in the pictures is not included. *For military personal PCSing, we are TLA friendly.
