Vacation rentals with a sauna in Ko Samui District

Small and cosy and worth the money 😊 Functional and practical place to stay. Partial seaview from balcony. Enjoyed the sauna in the gym.

I liked staying in this condo. The owner left the key in the safe as we arrived on a weekend evening, so we were able to check in on our own, and later the owner arrived, we got to know each other and asked questions that interested us. The owner also promptly answered our questions throughout our stay. The apartment matches the photos, has everything you need for a long stay. There is an excellent pool in the condo area, as well as a gym, a tennis court, a basketball court, and table tennis, which were very pleasing. we recommend this apartment and its owner Nomad.

I had a wonderful experience with Ahmed! He was incredibly kind and helpful, providing me with great recommendations for scooter rentals, restaurants, beaches, and activities on the island. His suggestions made my stay so much smoother and enjoyable. Highly recommend him for anyone visiting!

Great stay! super clean. amazing pools. Friendly neighbours. water pressure of the shower is pretty good. Bed is big and kitchen functional. we had issues with the AC ( normal in the island with électricity black outs) But Matthias and Jittra were helpful right away. Overall we had a very very pleasant stay. Thank you both🙏🏻

Great condo with everything one needs. Close proximity to restaurants as well as piers and the airport. Hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Wouldn't hesitate to book again :)

We had a great stay at the apartment. The apartment is exactly the same as described in the pictures and has excellent wifi/internet. It is in a quite area but this also means you need to rent a scooter. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the property manager Yana was helpful. She also informed us to store water in case there is a power outage.(Note: the apartment doesn't have backup power) Overall we had a great stay.

Exactly as listed. Quiet location, but only 10 minutes walk to a 711, night market, and fruit/veg stall. The owner is casual, and so is the building. The bathroom is lovely, plenty of hot water. Everything in the apartment is modern, and works well.

Gordons apartment is great for shorter stays, we stayed 5 nights and had everything we needed. He also arranged a private tour of the island for us at very reasonable price. Nice and quiet apartment complex with nice pool. Would recommend for your visit. :)

We stayed here for 5 days. Location is amazing and everything is pretty walkable. In the area you will find loads of cool cafes&shops where to get what you need. Also just 1min walk from the apartment there is a cool massage spot! The apartment was lovely, bright and with good balcony where you can dry your swimming things. And have a fantastic view to the sea! :) We had very good sleeps here. Also, spacious walking in wardrobe. :) The complex has a pool which is brilliant as the days get hot. There is a gym - a bit old and rusty but you can do the basic, hehe. Just so you know if you rent this place you have to pay additional money for the water and electricity. We barely used AC, but cooked few brekkies here and had kids using the shower. So we paid all together 680baht (we stayed 5 days). And also the washing machine seemed a bit out of date as we washed our clothes and they felt still unwashed, don't know why. Thanks Kate

It is a nice apartment in a great location. Everything is available in walkable distance. Natalie and her husband Artur are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Her team was equally professional and friendly, providing prompt and efficient service throughout our stay. Overall, our experience at Villa #3 was extraordinary. I would highly recommend the Headland villa.

If you’re considering, BOOK IT! Get ready to lounge in paradise on your own private beach. It is super close to some amazing restaurants, bars, beaches, viewpoints, you name it. Pier and his wife were super friendly, made sure we settled in nicely, and provided us with their favorite local recommendations. 10/10 would recommend!

The best accommodation experience in Thailand. The hosts are super nice and welcoming people. We had a problem with the hot water and they manage to fix it within 2 hours. The villa was spacious and well-equipped, including an elevator for luggage. The residential area has a tennis court and a gym (some of the machines didn't work but it was good enough). We were disappointed we couldn't stay longer and will definitely come back if we'll be in Koh Samui.

This was a magical stay. Kungnang and Peter were incredible hosts - going above and beyond to help us find our way to the bungalow in the pouring rain late at night. They hired us a scooter, the restaurant had well priced delicious home cooked food and the hosts had a wealth of knowledge about the island. We will definitely be back!

Great house with all amenities, which is a rarity here on the island. Clean and cozy. The host is very responsive and ready to help with your favorite questions, responds very quickly. Definitely recommend!!
