We stayed here for 4 nights and sunbathed the full time! Villa was clean and exactly like the images. Shared pool was large and great for a swim. The only downside to the property is the location you would definitely need a car or motorbike to get around - which sadly we did not have. The closest 7-11 is a 15 minute drive or 2 hour walk. However, if you are looking for somewhere off the beaten path to relax then this is the place! Very friendly neighbours in the other villas also. Jan Erik was very helpful and responsive. Thank you!

Sunshine, greenery, cows and sheep along the road, warm and courteous neighbors, sandy beach without visitors is a very nice journey

Really nice location and villa. We stayed with 5 kids ranging from 0 to 5 yrs old. Villa was big enough so everyone had their privacy and everything we needed was available. Really nice swimming pool with a small very shallow pool with was great for kids. It would be nice if their are some basic stuff, like seasoning available in the villa. Just a simple salt, peper and some cooking oil will be really nice. Only real down side is that the try to earn money on the used power. Even though it’s in the advertising they charge 7 baht it’s a bit a slap in the face when you hear the actual charge for power in Thailand (even Koh Lanta) is only 5 baht. It’s no problem to charge for used power but it’s a bit disrespectful to charge more for the power used then you have to pay.

Very nice room, very spacious, helpful staff, nice swimming pools, 7/11 across the street. Only the steep hill is sometimes a hard cookie to crack, but look at the bright side, a good work out.

Very nice house at the Katiang Bay! The pool was very well maintained. The host helped to organize a motorbike and shuttles to the airport and to the beach. The host provided good tips for restaurants and supermarkets. We found two ways to the beach. One is along a street that was not so nice to walk. The other one was along a trail through a rubber plantation that was shorter. We did not walk the latter at night but there was a taxi shuttle from the Katiang bay resort. We found that the only downside at the house was the slippery floor and stairs when wet with the kids after the pool. It would also have been nice to have shading at the pool at noon. We had a great time!

Wonderful stay and hosts. The villas were very clean and comfortable - great pool overlooking the hillside to the coast, and close to town and a beautiful beach. Hosts helped with transfers to and from the ferry and also had motorbikes available. Highly recommended!

We are frequent visitors to Koh Lanta. Puteri is our new go to!!! We typically stay somewhere else decided try somewhere new. Great decision!!!! This villas with the private pools are amazing!!! The quality and price are best in the South Island! The mango lassis are fab!!!

Beautiful villa with so much space! We were there with 8 people and each of us were very comfortable and happy with the place. There was also so many areas to chill in which is also great when there’s a big group of people. 2 mins walk from the beach too where we caught the sunset daily - much thanks to the hosts for being so responsive and helpful too. One thing to note is that the dishwasher was broken but we were shared that they’d replace it.
