Waterfront vacation rentals in Ko Lanta Noi

Amazing place to stay. Apartment was huge and spotless. The grounds with pool and private beach are great. What wasn’t obvious when we booked is that there are a couple of great restaurants a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. Check in was easy and Nick organised a taxi to collect us from the ferry.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2nd floor apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 8). The pool had both shallow and deep areas and beautiful trees around it so you can pick shade or sun. And the private beach was stunning, complete with active fishing boats nearby to make it extra pretty and special. Many people snorkel there. We love both Klong Khong beach and Klong Nin beach and the restaurants there, so it was great to be right in between those two beaches. Coco Tango is a restaurant practically attached to the villas and apartments at Coconut Bay, and it was great. You can walk over to Moonlight Bay resort next door for a massage. Shanti Shanti is another very close restaurant people love, but we don't eat seafood and they are often booked up. Dirty Fish just next door was awesome. Nick was a fantastic host. We loved having a fully equipped kitchen and balcony with an ocean view. It was easy to park our rental car there. Awesome place :)

amazing accommodation, Nick is very friendly and made several recommendations (which we obviously tested!😌) I recommend it 100%, we will come back to Koh Lanta and we won't hesitate to come back to Nick's! 👍

We enjoyed our stay for a week. Nick was very easy to reach. We liked having the water cooler in the villa. Enjoyed the pool & small beach area. We walked early in the day to get to other beaches. Very relaxing & peaceful. 3 good restaurants near by within a 5 minute walk. Coco Tango, Dirty Fish and Shanti Beach House!

Great romantic stay! The views are fantastic with palm trees, the sea and sunsets. Well equipped and spacious apartment. Connected TV to watch a movie after a long day! Possibility to rent scooters at the reception and book tours. Really superb! The only negative point would perhaps be the noise from cars because it's next to the road but we didn't really mind. I recommend 100% for a stay on this beautiful island!

Absolutely in love with this place. West facing object with indescribable sunsets. During midday enough shade under the palmtrees and the swimmingpool. Perfect place to relax, hope to visit again.

The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view. The pool is a huge bonus, it’s such a pleasure to relax in! We loved the peaceful location and the abundance of wildlife. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the house could be improved: damp spots at the base of the walls, a bad smell in the kitchen cabinets, a leaking toilet and mold in the shower. Despite these downsides, we truly enjoyed our stay. If you come across Edward (the dog with the quirky ear), give him a cuddle from us <3

Excellent stay in a beautiful location.

Quiet clean and by the beach as well as food

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was clean and from the balcony you had a great view. Our host was always helpful and available. On the day of our checkout, we were able to leave our luggage in the lobby and even wait in the pool area until the taxi picked it up.

Perfect stay with 2 adults and 2 kids. Is exactly like the photos. Nothing more needed to say. It was beautiful. Drinking water provided which was a nice touch. Only slight thing was the paying for electricity and water at the end of the stay. We stayed for 5 nights and our bill was 2400 baht (£60) which seemed a bit steep, but to be fair we know nothing about the cost of these amenities. If you are going to koh lanta, you should 100% stay here.

My wife and I just spent the month of February at Noree’s condo. Our stay was excellent. Great restaurants near by, public laundry and barber just around the corner. We basically used all the businesses nearby. The staff at the building were really helpful and friendly. The location is really perfect, not too close to all the busy bars but one of the best restaurants in our opinion was right beside the building. The one day we had to stay in due to heavy rain the condo was like home, extremely comfortable and clean. Our host, Noree, was great always answered quickly. Really just a great place to stay in Ao Nang. My wife and I highly recommend this location and unit. We were really happy with the accommodations the whole month we were there. The next time we are in Ao Nang we will definitely look to see if this unit is available.
