One thing that stood out the most during our stay, was the amazing customer service and hospitality that Simen provided. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, approachable with any questions and always happy to help. We stayed in the penthouse and it was exactly like the photos shown, probably bigger than the photos shown. It was clean and there is a lovely atmosphere within the accommodation grounds :) Thank you for being a great host!

Simen is probably the best host you’ll ever have, He speaks English as well as Thai and will get you anything you need with a smile. One of us got hurt and he drove him to the hospital and helped him with anything he was needed. And when we checked out we forgot a valuable at his place. Without us even noticing, Simen sent us a message with a picture of the valuable asking if it’s ours. Now this valuable is on its way to us because Simen straight up went to the post office and sent it to our next hotel of the vacation. Highly recommend

Very nice place! Not far from Ao Nang beach and lot of options around for restaurants, bars and shops. The people on site are very kind and professional. The unit is super comfortable and well maintained. It's even better than the pictures. Will definitely be back and I recommend booking this place without hesitation :)

Great stay at Timmy’s place. Good location action but quiet area. Just a couple minutes walk from the more active area. The place itself, well kept and well maintained. Would love to come back.

The villa was accurate as shown in the listing. Everything we needed was provided. The food and drinks at the reception/restaurant was great, as well as the pool. The staff were very kind and helpful, no language barrier.

This was a nice stay. It's a big room with a nice green view. It's about 5 km from Ao Nang beach, which is nice to be away from the craziness. Well-priced for the area and has friendly helpful staff.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! I stayed for about a week and a half and felt I had everything I needed. It’s located in a quiet area that provides some much needed peace after a busy day of exploring, but it is still a close distance (10 min ride) from the center of Ao Nang. The AirBnB is located very close to the piers that most tours start from so pickup services were not an issue at all and it was actually very convenient for booking excursions. The pool is wonderful (I spent many days reading in it) and the surrounding nature is great. The host is also extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

3 km from the center, it is mandatory to rent a scooter. It feels like home, at the reception they have the essentials, drink, coffee, tobacco and a few small nibbles. The place is really clean, and the hosting is very nice!
