It was a good stay at Family Song! Price is a bit high & the room could do with a few warm yellow lights to spruce it up & make it more cozy, but other than that, it was a comfortable stay - lovely surroundings, very close to the walking street, the whole Staff at the place were super friendly and even helped us carry our luggage to the Pier during checkout. Cherry on the cake is lots of lovely adorable animals at the property. The place has a very chill vibe, good crowd & we had a lovely time at Koh Lipe, recommended! ❤️

We had a lovely few days at Ruj and Ben's place. Very well located right next to walk street, supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. We had recommendations, host very attentive to our every need, nothing to say it was perfect. Thanks again!

I’ve traveled Thailand with my parents, we loved staying at Family Song in Koh lipe that we extended our stay of 1 more week :) Cristiano and staff are really friendly, professional and welcoming. They also have a really nice restaurant, full of traditional delicious Thai dishes :P Highly recommended!!! Thank you very much for having us 😍 And I’ll see you soon ❤️

It was a great stay in the little bungalows. The location was great and the service as well. The only thing that bothered me was that were not allowed to use own towels for the beach - as we had to rent some. They said it was because of the fine sand and that is hard to clean. But you could just leave them outside … (maybe I also understood it wrong) - but this was the only thing that made it a 9.9 star instead of 10.0 :)

I had booked 3 nights since March 28 and April 4 I'm still there until the 6th, which is to say if this rental was at the top Everything is at the top, the welcome , the room and the bathroom , the location close to the beach , the tranquility, two big fans because the small chalet is under the trees in the shade no need for air conditioning , the excursion of the 7 isles and the snorkelling stops, the organization is the same In short, go there without a second thought, really.

Resort just near down to sunrise beach, very good location with stunning view, staff were fantastic helpful. Check in should find swimming pool( reception). Would highly recommended if visit Koh Lipe.

We had an unforgettable stay at this stunning resort on the paradise island of Koh Lipe. Despite visiting in the low season, we were welcomed with such warmth and hospitality that made our experience truly special. The resort itself is beautiful, with impeccably clean rooms and a prime beachfront location. The pool, complete with a bar, was perfect for relaxing. There are also plenty of activities to enjoy, from beachfront dinners to kayaking around nearby islands. Above all, the genuine warmth and kindness of the staff made our stay exceptional.

Nice bungalow 150 meters from the beach, close to the pedestrian street and lots of restaurants. Quiet and pleasant area, very friendly and nice staff.

Large rooms. Clean in the beds every day. The towels were changed daily. Quiet location despite the proximity to the beach.

Very nice place in a very good location. A few meters from this beautiful beach of Pattaya. Nice restaurant with your feet in the water. Small downside if you want to party or even just chat with other people in the evening in your bungalow or its terrace you are not in the right place. Otherwise very nice

Perfect budget place right on walking street. The room has everything you need, and it’s in the perfect location. The staff were pleasant and the discount on scuba diving was a nice surprise. Highly recommend. 5 stars.

Had a lovely stay here. The accommodation in itself is pretty primitive, but nice. Has a hammock and is very close to the beach and walking street as well as the ferry pier. Communication with staff and Christiano was smooth. All in all a good stay.
