We had a wonderful stay! Great location that is close to many things to do in the area. Unit was very clean, spacious, & had everything one could need. Quiet and peaceful with a nice balcony looking over the river. Thank you for sharing your space!

David’s instructions were very helpful and clear. We arrived late at night and had no issues directing ourselves and accessing the apartment thanks to the helpful details David provided. Peaceful and quiet area that allowed for a great night of rest. Would definitely recommend.

Susan is a wonderful host. She provided so many extra’s in comparison to other places I’ve stayed. Your set on breakfast and snacks! The space is very private, roomy, kid and dog friendly. The deck and view of the lake are lovely. This was no problem for me but, one should know that parking is at the top of the drive & the walk down to your space is paved but, a bit of a steep grade. Loading and unloading may be best is your a lite packer. There are no steps thought so having rolling luggage or crate could be helpful.

Absolutely LOVED this place. Was a little hard to find at 2pm but I managed lol. Everything was spotless and a beautiful studio with an amazing view of the sunrise on the patio. Bed put me right to sleep lol. WiFi was great. Had kitchen utensils. Everything is labeled for light switch’s so it’s no confusing. It’s about a 30 minute drive from the main city but it’s a straight drive so no hassle. Very private and quiet. Would definitely rebook this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was by far the cleanest airbnb we have stayed at. The location was perfect--close to everything. Helio was in touch and very attentive. We had everything that we needed during the stay. The balcony and the river view was beautiful and private. Check in and out was easy. The kitchen has the necessities. If you plan to do anything like baking bread or specialized cooking, plan to bring those items with you. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The condo was cozy, clean, quiet and perfect for a break. We will definitely be back!!

Everything is great!!! Had a great time at the place. Felt the cleaning price was a bit on higher end. The house was as described, clean and had all the facilities mentioned.

We had a great stay at Preston's place. Everyone said that the beds were comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space to relax and unwind. It was peaceful, quiet and beautiful views. It was off season and unusually cold, so we did not get to take advantage of the lake and the other amenities, but it's Sevierville, Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty of other things to do.

If I was able to give 10 stars I would . The house was extremely clean and well organized. The beds are to die for . When I tell you I could have stayed in bed all weekend I’m not lying. The house was decorated so beautifully. The little touches Kristal has put into the home are so meaningful. There is a coffee bar, towels ready for the hot tub . Wood already cut at the fire pit . A binder at the front door with all the info , along with candy 🍬. The bathrooms were so nice as, water pressure was amazing. The master bath has a shower as well as a bathtub 🛀. I will not be booking with anyone other than Kristal when I stay in this area again . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We love unique travel experiences and this hot tug on the pond was perfect. The setting with pristine tiny home accommodations was perfect. The unique floating hot tub from the Netherlands was absolutely unique. We had a fantastic time there.

Could probably use a different cleaning crew. However, the place was lovely! Location great, property, beautiful & peaceful. The beds were great, clean, & plentiful. The owners couldn’t have been more accommodating, & friendly. Even the lake itself was larger & more beautiful than I expected. I would definitely stay there again.

They were super friendly great responses if any questions. Very thoughtful and kind.

Our family had a wonderful and relaxing vacation at Amy & Brett’s last place. The home is not far to the National Park and any attractions you may want to visit. As all will agree, the back deck view is. absolutely stunning!

The house was spacious and clean. Loved the views!!! Access to kayaks and paddle boards was a plus!!! The infinity pool was beautiful! We rented a boat and parked right at the dock. It was a wonderful weekend!! Can’t wait to go back Only thing to mention is the doors were a little finicky to lock, but they do lock

We thoroughly enjoyed our Gatlinburg vacation. The condo was in a great location and walkable to downtown, and the trolleys were easy to use when we didn’t want to walk. The creek beside the condo was so peaceful and we even saw bears just right down the street. Parking was easy and the pool was an added bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great. Scott communicated well. The only advice I would give any future guests is bring some of those foam ear plugs. The neighbor upstairs directly above the bed likes to do the Boot Scootin' Boogie. The joint starts jumpin' every morning before the sun comes up....roughly 4am to 6am.

This condo was great for our honeymoon. Chuck is also very willing to work with you any problems that may arise. Would definitely book again.

I have stayed at Ed and Sara’s condo several times, and it will always be my first choice of places to stay. I’m very thankful that I found this place 5 years ago. Not only does it feel like home away from home, but Ed and Sara are always so nice to me and I couldn’t ask for better hosts! They deserve much more than 5 stars!

My Family of 5 enjoyed our stay, it felt like a 2nd home to us. The home was clean and the host left clear instructions on how things work in the home. Location was also great. The host responded fast to any question I had. I would definitely stay at this home again.

My stay was tranquil and enjoyable to live in while on vacation. Home away from home. I would say my home is exceptionally beautiful ❤️ but to also find other places such as this makes my heart soar!!!! My host was perfect?!! Communication was on point never did she not get back to me in a timely fashion. The neighbors are perfect no loud noise and just very congenial 💝. Thanks again for allowing me to stay I give this property a 11 cause a 10 just won't do.🥰

Absolutely beautiful place! I could live there!!! Well stocked, extremely clean and the pool and property are gorgeous. Bill was very prompt in responding and check in was a breeze. Staff more than helpful and so nice. Will definitely be back.
