Such a peaceful and refreshing time at Hollybrook cabin. Cannot say enough great things about this property. So clean and organized - had everything you could need or want for a staycation. My wife will tell you she is very attentive when it comes to cleanliness when she’s staying at someone else’s house (understandably so), and she just kept raving about how spotless the whole cabin was during our entire trip! Our kids loved that they had their own space upstairs. The location was also perfect! 15-20 min drive to Maryville & Downtown Knox, and then private enough to get away from all of the hustle and bustle when you’re ready to wind down for the evening. We will absolutely be back! This place is perfect for couples or families. Highly recommend!!

I loved the location. Easy access to freeway and very nice neighborhood. The house was exactly as described. I would book it again. If you are traveling with little kids, the pool does not have a cover so you aren't able to let them play outside without supervision.

We were able to get a 1 hour later check out on Sunday which was incredibly helpful for our late night event the night before. When we had a small issue, they were quick to respond.

We had a great stay! The home had plenty of space for our group of four adults and two kids, and it was in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Right across the street is beautiful farmland with donkeys and cows—the kids especially enjoyed watching them. The location was also super convenient, with easy access to restaurants and stores. The host, Daniel, was very responsive and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out.
