We booked the place for 4 couples and 5 children and can only recommend it to anyone. The house is huge and nicely furnished. A highlight is the large living-dining area with fireplace and the sauna in the garden with ice barrel. The house is designed in such a way that each family has one or two separate bedrooms with associated bathrooms, so perfect for several families with children. The hosts were super friendly, greeted us personally (which has now become an exception on Airbnb), provided us with numerous tips for excursions and responded to every question immediately and always helped us directly (even on New Year's Eve). A clear recommendation.

I highly recommend this place, a great location , a guarded neighborhood, an elevator for the outdoors and an elevator in the middle of the house, a few steps and you are in a spa park that is not only very well-maintained by a lot of flowers, and fountains, everywhere nearby , the neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is well-maintained, nicely decorated, there is a washing machine, which for families with children is an amenity and coffee maker, 2 balconies , which is also a big plus , we will definitely stay there again, very good contact with Mrs. Aga. I also sincerely recommend it.

AB Cottages Pstrążna (green)

We stayed with 2 children between Christmas and New Year's Eve and would have liked to stay longer. We found everything as it is described and we really didn't miss anything. The accommodation is in the mountains, above Kudowa-Zdrój. Perfect for those who want it quiet and cozy. The nature in the area is beautiful, we were lucky that it snowed a little before and a fantastic winter landscape has emerged. We have been very satisfied with everything and can recommend the accommodation and hosts with a clear conscience. I'm sure we'll come back 🥰 Best regards, Anna 🤗

Great cabins with a lot of outdoor space, fun for the kids to play and roam around safely. Pretty quiet area, short walk to woods / mini forest. Hosts were nice and responsive. There are 4 cabins and we came with another family but we also enjoyed our time with the other families around the pit fire. Definitely would recommend!

Pobyt w Rajskiej Polanie był fantastyczny! Wszystko było nowe, czyste i pachnące, co od razu zrobiło na nas świetne wrażenie. W domku panował świąteczny klimat – urocze ozdoby wprowadziły nas w przytulny nastrój i zbudowały wyjątkową atmosferę. Wieczorem skorzystaliśmy z sauny i to był absolutny hit! Totalny relaks, którego bardzo potrzebowaliśmy. Już wiemy, że następnym razem spróbujemy kąpieli w balii. Domki są świetnie wyposażone – wieczorem oglądaliśmy coś w TV, a rano delektowaliśmy się pyszną kawą, która była dostępna w standardzie. Na powitanie czekał na nas miły upominek – dziękujemy za ten gest, to bardzo doceniamy! Rajska Polana to miejsce idealne na relaks, które z czystym sumieniem polecamy i do którego na pewno wrócimy. 😊

Amazing place. Cozy cabin located in a picturesque area, with an amazing view, close to the wall of a clear forest where you can easily walk. Nearby, the Czech border, off-road educational paths - for children and a Czech brewery - for adults. 15-20min drive from the larger city - Kudowa Zdrój, about an hour from Adrspach, 40min from the Stołowe Mountains National Park. A very interesting place for people who appreciate proximity to nature. The prepared fire pit adds a charming atmosphere. Highly recommend.

Quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. Minor drawbacks are: the wifi only works well in the bedroom, no shampoo/shower gel, short check-in from 15, check-out only until 10. Definitely a great place to recommend (4.5/5), even for a longer stay.

Accommodation in a quiet location - close to hiking, winter sports, etc. Overall, we rate our New Year's Eve stay very positively. The surprise was that the place actually looked even better than the photos provided on Airbnb. Fenced property is an advantage for visiting a place with a dog. The house met everything - kitchen equipment, linens, great retro stove, garage..The housekeeper had a nice clean upon arrival, the keys to the house went well.

A charming wooden playhouse is set amidst greenery, featuring a round window and a plank door. A small bench and flower box are visible at the entrance, while colorful toys are placed nearby, creating an inviting space for children to play.

The house was beautiful! Beata and her husband also offers a relaxing and well-equipped sauna space (2 saunas and salt cave). Moreover, we enjoyed the nearby (5 min walk) swimming pool with salt water.

A great place to unwind with family or friends. The house is cozy, clean and very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large garden all around with a view of the surrounding hills and the area is quiet and peaceful. As a curiosity, there are photos of the house before the renovation, the change is impressive. Very good contact with the owners. Thanks for a great stay :)

Kudowa, Brzozowie 26 house whole

I booked the whole house during New Year's Eve with my friends and family. Brzozów is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, a great place for walking. The house is very well equipped, you can prepare meals, there is a dishwasher, oven, etc. Interestingly, there are no shortage of capsules, spices, and tea, as in other places. The bedrooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms are as well. We'd love to come back to this place :) The owner is a great and contactable person. I recommend!

Wiele podróżuje , ale tak komunikatywnej miłej pomocnej osoby jeszcze nie poznałem. Pani Agnieszka miła sympatyczna osoba . Apartament zgodny z opisem, miejsce świetne do wypoczynku, blisko stoku narciarskiego oraz szlaków pieszych . Dużym plusem jest dostępność sauny 24h na dobę oraz sąsiadujący aparthotel w którym można smacznie zjeść i skorzystać z basenu . Napewno wrócimy do Apartamentu Pani Agnieszki na dłuższy wypoczynek w przyszłości . Serdecznie polecam !!!!

There are shopping opportunities in the area. Nice apartment as described. In the area of Nowa Ruda Slupiec / Klodzko you can do some business. Nature, mountains, bike tour, sights & Co. We are Mr. Staszek's guests for the second time, and we hope it won't be the last. Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, large bathroom, kitchen with all appliances. For us, the advantage was the washing machine and the comfort of parking a car on the property. The location of the property is sensational, a few steps from restaurants, a park, but in a quiet street. The apartment overlooks the garden. Mr. Staszek is a host you can always count on. We recommend this place wholeheartedly.
