Fantastic apartment, beautiful the two large windows that open to the private garden. Beautiful garden and olive grove!! Large bathroom, functional kitchen! I'd love to live there!!😉 Host Maurizio is very helpful, a guy with a nice smile that we were happy to meet!

We loved our stay at Ca' Milone very much. We were there for just over two weeks and enjoyed swimming and lying on the sunbeds if we stayed at the house for a day. We had nice contact with Francesca and Paolo who could tell us all about restaurants and activities nearby. Both speak good English, which is very convenient. Paolo likes to talk about the history of the estate and his passion for flying. The bakery and the supermarket were less than 10 minutes by car, also a plus for us. If you come to stay, provide a bottle of Deet, or pick up from the drugstore Autan to keep the mosquitoes at bay!

We stayed with the whole family over Christmas in Christian's cottage. Everything worked out great. The Stubai Valley is great to do so much. Be it tobogganing in Mieders and Fulpmes or the Stubai Glacier with Top of Tyrol. In addition, Innsbruck is not far away with the beautiful Christmas markets. A tree stand was also provided for us.

We had a great time. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Both indoors and by the pool. It is super located for shopping, picking up rolls and to the water/center it is also not far. We would come back.

If you want a get-away-from-everything holiday; this is your place! Andy and Sabine are excellent hosts, communicating very clearly in advance and during our stay, taking the time to go the extra mile and sort out issues quickly and in a friendly way. The piece de resistance of this property is the outdoor pool, which is simply magnificent. We also used the bread delivery service and this was also appreciated and made a good start to the mornings!

Ezio and Giulia's welcome were beautiful and punctual, they explained everything to us and were always available. Beautiful place, wonderful home and hot tub. In the morning we left to go skiing 35 minutes from the house, in Folgaria, and we were back in the evening. Heating, amenities, cleanliness, decor, and many great options! Definitely worth coming back. And also a lot of space outside for our dog.

With a group of friends we spent three days in the house, which is perfect base for skiing in Tre Cime , Kronparz and Cortina. Annemarie is very friendly host, we felt like home. The house is fully equipped, like in description. I think we will come back again.

Lorella was so welcoming. Very bright and bubbly personality which is very refreshing when checking in. She has been one of the nicest and accomodating hosts we have experienced. The property was immaculate, I really can’t fault it. For the price of the accomodation this really is a stand out. Garden is very well maintained and the house is beautiful. The apartment, much like the host Stefano, was truly exceptional. We felt completely at home, and had everything we could possibly need. The spacious backyard garden offers so much privacy. We travelled with a one-year-old, and she absolutely loved being able to get out of the apartment and into the garden on her own. It wasn’t just a place to sleep – we enjoyed spending our days there as well. The location is perfect – just a short walk from Arco’s charming old town, park, playground, and more. Plus, it’s only a 10-minute drive to Riva del Garda or Torbole, with several grocery stores within walking distance. Stefano is an outstanding host – the definition of a “Superhost.” We can’t wait to return!

Super house, great and spacious accommodation for large groups, beautiful garden, great surroundings and an extremely nice hostess. Communication was great, always available and very accommodating. We will be happy to come back!

Three-night stay of 12 people (8 adults and 4 small children) in families of friends and family. Great layout of the building that has guaranteed all the amenities for adults and children while maintaining the correct privacy. Warm and well-decorated rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, well-equipped outdoor and indoor children's areas, outdoor barbecue, suitable outdoor parking spaces for at least three family SUVs, well organized outdoor garbage collection area department, beautiful dining room typical of Tyrol covered in wood with stove. Great location for groups of families interested in a stay in a typical building with all services (town center, supermarket, etc.) and tourist attractions (spas, sky area, mountain sports) nearby. Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

We stayed with my friends for a winter vacation. Great location of the apartment and the possibility to use the ski bus to the ski center. The environment is quiet and I appreciate the great cleanliness. Perfect communication from Mattio. Would recommend!

We rented Arthur's two large apartments with a total of 4 couples (2 kids). We had a great week! The apartments are very spacious and because each couple has their own bathroom, there was a lot of privacy! Also enough space in both apartments to dine/sit together with everyone. Walking distance to the slopes (tow lift Nives). There is storage space with heated elements for ski boots in the garage, but we chose to keep our belongings in the depot next to the ski lift. Within walking distance of the village, supermarket, restaurants, and so on. Arthur is a very friendly host, he is very responsive and very helpful. In short, we had a great week and booked again for next year!

Mrs. Monica was very nice, she has a house with beautiful views. Warm, clean and cozy home, I recommend Monica add a small kitchen for her guests who also love to enjoy the house and its spaces

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Clelia and Gaia were very welcoming hosts and kindly allowed us to add extra guests to our booking at short notice. Our children loved the toys and little table, plus everything was provided for them (highchair, cot,...). The location was perfect, there was so much to do we didn't even scratch the surface in 4 days. Hopefully we can come back again!
