Very nice stay , lovely views and great area

The property is in a great location, within walking distance of an open lake section or the outdoor swimming pool Pörtschach. Nice ways to walk nearby. Supermarket, bakery, restaurant all close by. Otherwise, the amenities in the accommodation have been good, especially the kitchen. Gladly come back.

Spent a week at the property because I had to work in the area. For me, it was an ideal location - not even 15 minutes by car to Klagenfurt and quietly located to work and unwind. Supermarket and bakery are also nearby and can be reached in 2-3 (car) minutes. The apartment is very clean, modernly furnished, located on the first floor and everything is up to date - corresponds 1 to 1 to the pictures. Everything you need is there, the kitchen is fully equipped and a private parking space is also available. Check-in & check-out was very easy and flexible with a key box and helpful and friendly advance information from Jürgen. Sincere thanks for the hospitality, I'd love to come back when I'm around.

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything matched the description and pictures. Neat and clean apartment, and a very friendly, helpful host! Convenient is also the carport place for the car. So next time I will definitely book at this apartment again!

Great, quiet accommodation with everything you need in a great location as a starting point for exploring Lake Wörthersee. Uncomplicated check-in and communication with the hostess. I spent a beautiful 2 months is Ulrike and Hannes’s apartment in Klagenfurt. On arrival, they welcomed me personally, and even left a few essentials for me in the kitchen. The apartment is in one of the oldest buildings in Klagenfurt. It’s been beautifully renovated, and is much better equipped than many airbnbs, with high quality furnishings and attention to detail. I was worried that in a busy central location next to the market that it might be loud, but the windows are great and inside it’s very peaceful. I had one small issue with the apartment during my stay and the hosts were immediately responsive and solved it within hours. So many hosts do the bare minimum with their Airbnb apartments so a big thank you to them for putting in the effort to make their place comfortable and homely. Will certainly be back if I have the chance.

We enjoyed the cozy apartment. The hosts have equipped it with everything a guest needs, they thought of many details. The place is close to the center and the sights of Klagenfurt but quiet. The hosts were welcoming, helpful, and unobtrusive. It was sehr schon.

My family and I stayed here for the second time. Host Michaela is very kind and helpful! It's a pity that we can't speak German more, but you'll still know that you've come across a friendly and kind person. Thank you very much, we may see you again.

Sophie is a nice host who is always willing to help and have a good time. Beautiful garden and nice cozy seating where we could drink coffee. In the beginning we thought we would be bothered by the highway that runs near the apartment. But it turned out to be easy. The apartment and the host were fantastic and we thought that was more important.

Thanks to Susanne for this great place! We felt great cared for. The house is very nicely prepared and the sauna and outdoor hot tube were perfect! The view from the balcony is a dream! We will be happy to come back.

The place was absolutely stunning—even better than the pictures—with breathtaking views, a jacuzzi and sauna that made the experience extra special, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The apartment was super clean, beautifully designed, and well-maintained. The hosts, who live in the upper apartment, were amazingly kind and helpful—always available when needed but never intrusive. They even gave great recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The next towns, with grocery stores and dining options, are just a 10-minute drive away, making everything easily accessible. We 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The combination of stunning nature, thoughtful hospitality, and top-notch amenities made it an experience we can’t wait to repeat!

what a great find! I stayed here for three nights while attending a conference in Pörtschach. Stefan was very responsive to questions before arriving. He was very friendly and helpful when we met. He is a local who grew up in this town and loves water skiing. He would be a great person to get to know better. The apartment was incredibly clean and a perfect spot less than 2 minutes from the Congress/conference center. The apartment is on the main road but it is tucked away around the corner so you don't have any of the street noise. I walked to restaurants and went for a few runs in the mountains and around the lake. Perfect size apartment for a single, couple, small family, or close friends. I was very lucky to book this last minute and you should not hesitate if you have the chance.

It was a great and beautiful place to stay. Simply great. Our arrival was on a Sunday and our landlords had provided us with a snack, fruit and drinks. Beyond beautiful home, from the interior to the scenery surrounding it. everything was perfect. I would happily go back for another stay in the future and will most certainly recommend to everyone i know know to visit here aswell.
