Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kitzbühel District

Very nice accommodation with a shared sauna + indoor & outdoor white pool for the 3 apartments. Everything is very modern and the apartments are very spacious. We had a great ski holiday with a small ski resort directly in Hochfilzen and the large ski resort Saalbach accessible from the surrounding places. A bus stop for the ski bus is almost right outside the door. We will definitely come again!

I had an amazing experience. The home was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, close to local attractions and amenities. Lara was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities were top-notch, and I felt right at home. Pleasantly quiet location and only a few hundred meters from the Kohlmais valley station and the Learn to Ride Park. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Highly recommended also with children.

Great and spacious apartment for 6. Everything present and very friendly host! Beautiful views and close to the ski lifts. (5 min by car) Are even treated to homemade cake!

A wonderful apartment in a very central location of the village of Saalbach. Cleanliness and condition left nothing to be desired. The hostess (Laura) inquired during our stay whether all is okay or we still need anything. However, everyone should be aware that the church is right next to it and ring the bells from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Our family had a wonderful stay over Christmas. Elfi was a wonderful and very helpful host. It’s a short walk to the ski lift and in to the centre of Kitzbuhel. We highly recommend !

We were looking for a nice place to stay near the ski area and found it the same with Dmitri. Dmitri was very responsive to our questions and had lots of tips. We felt very comfortable overall and would be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable with Andrea. The place was perfect and we really liked it, the location with the view is a dream and Andrea is a wonderful hostess.

An ideal location in Kitzbühel! The main lift and ski rental are just steps away, making holidays with several kids so much easier. There’s even a special ski lesson area for the youngest children just a few minutes’ walk away. The kitchen and dining area are fantastic—cozy, welcoming, and perfect for creating a true home-away-from-home feeling. With snow-covered mountains framed in the windows, the Christmas atmosphere was simply magical!

It was a very nice stay. We have and felt very comfortable. We would also book again for this area right away.

We spent our family Christmas meeting this year at Harald's cabin and had a very nice time. We were six people and all had a beautiful place to sleep, cooked together on the gas stove, ate at a very cozy large table, used the sauna and shared the very well-maintained, large bathroom. During the day we hiked to the Aschinger Alm and with free sledges down 🛷 the toboggan run. Everything was an experience. Thank you Harald for your beautiful cabin.

Super Haus. so spacious that you still have ten privacy. View is a dream to be in. Ski resort only 8 min away. We were able to ride sleds right in front of the house. Hosts are always easy to reach and very flexible. We were a little scared to arrive with children at minus 4 degrees...but the house warmed up quickly and then it stayed... Highly recommended for a family vacation!!

A beautiful, extremely functional furnished house with extremely tasteful furnishings. Also, everything you could need is there (Bes. Winter stuff, but also bikes). Three terraces and retreats for everyone and the location is one of the most beautiful in this area (Prama is right in front of the Wilder Kaiser and you can walk to it). The host is also very nice, any issues will be resolved immediately.

What a fantastic place Alma has! Everything was super clean, the house is beautiful even the chocolate on the pillows were there! We went for skiing and Alma had arranged buspasses which were on name! I would recommend everyone this fantastic house! Alma thank you!!🙏

Sarah & Bruno's cottage is a wonderful home (not just a cottage). It had everything you needed & more. The beds are super comfortable, the living room invited you to read, cuddle and relax. The sauna and bathtub are a treat after a day of skiing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Our dog fell in love with the garden and snow and we fell in the magnificent location on the slope in Mühlau! We felt completely relaxed and comfortable and can recommend this beautiful house without reservation. Also, thanks for the nice & fast communication (despite the time difference)!
