Vacation rentals with a sauna in Kitzbühel District

Really lovely loft/apartment, far more classy and comfortable than typical self catering ski apartments. Great view from the huge windows in the lounge. The bathroom (based downstairs) has a great shower. There’s lots of storage in the hall which doubles as a walk in wardrobe. Check in was easy and local tips on ski rental and restaurants were provided. 15mins (or just under) mostly flat walk to the Hahnenkamm telecabine and Kitzbheul Hahn’ strain station. Easy to walk to town for dinner etc. Kitzbhuel itself is lovely. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed the place very much. Their location in the Wildschönau is ideal: you can leave for hikes and walks directly from the house; mountain lifts to higher distances are only a few minutes drive away. Alex and his family went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely stay. Other pluses: The Wildschönau Card to use lifts, outdoor swimming pool and hiking buses for free, laundry facilities in the house, a nice terrace and gazebo to relax in, a bread roll service for breakfast, and very good public transport connections. We came by car, but it would easily be possible to arrive via Wörgl by train. There is a station just by the house, as well as hiking bus lines, which we have used extensively. All in all, a wonderful holiday!

Pleasantly quiet location and only a few hundred meters from the Kohlmais valley station and the Learn to Ride Park. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Highly recommended also with children.

Immaculate apartment in a quiet but convenient location. Amazing views from every room.. Facilities were modern and to a very high specification. Hosts were available at reception daily. If you’re looking for a touch of luxury in the mountains at the edge of a pretty, tranquil village, I can highly recommend it.

Was a great place- Elfi was very responsive. She gave great recommendations. Walking distance to town and shops and restaurants. We got a ski locket so walking to ski was easy - we even walked with our bags to the train station- but you could always take a taxi.

The apartment in general is beautiful, tidy and clean, and all the facilities are modern. We liked the balcony very much, it is large and spacious, and the view is breathtaking. The rooms are tidy and organized, and it has a private bathroom. Its location is excellent. There was a very delicious bakery that served us a lot, as well as a grocery store and the city center is very close, where there are restaurants and cafes. I thank Mr. Dimitri very much. He is a very respectful and helpful person. He was always with us when we needed anything. I thank him very much and I will repeat living in this apartment.

We felt very comfortable with Andrea. The place was perfect and we really liked it, the location with the view is a dream and Andrea is a wonderful hostess.

Dmitri is an extremely friendly host who cares about the well-being of his guests and in whose apartment we felt very comfortable. What we immediately noticed: The apartment is extremely clean! In the kitchen you will find everything you need for a successful vacation (enough cutlery, sharp knives, glasses - also wine and beer glasses, plates, pots/pans, a huge fridge and a capsule coffee machine). The size of the apartment is sufficient for 7 people. We were in the playground every day which is a few steps from the property.

It was a very nice stay. We have and felt very comfortable. We would also book again for this area right away.

We had a very good time as a group of 10 people in the house Montenido. The house is very spacious for 10 people. For the autumn days it offered everything we needed. The view is beautiful, the common areas and the kitchen spacious and functionally equipped. The rooms are very nicely decorated, and the double rooms all have their own bathroom which was very convenient. In some cases, when showering, we had to make sure that nothing drips into the room below. The infrared sauna on the ground floor looks very good, but takes a very long time to heat up and then also got a maximum of 45°C warm, so it is difficult to compare with the acceptances of a "normal sauna". The yoga room has great views. In addition to the background noise from the dairy farm, all the meadows on the slope were sprayed with manure on Tuesday and manure was extended. We understand that this is part of dairy farming, we were able to really enjoy the G

What a fantastic place Alma has! Everything was super clean, the house is beautiful even the chocolate on the pillows were there! We went for skiing and Alma had arranged buspasses which were on name! I would recommend everyone this fantastic house! Alma thank you!!🙏

A real gem of a place - a home rather than a house. Great communal areas for cooking, eating and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend it to anyone seeking somewhere special.

John's place leaves nothing to be desired. A very modern, smart and stylishly furnished house that is perfect for 6 people. John's communication and flexibility was great, so we felt excellently taken care of from start to finish.
