My family really enjoyed our stay. House was inviting and comfortable. Host had a book on counter that was very thorough. Showed activities, closest hospitals (just in case), and restaurants It also had instructions for what to do for check out. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in the area.

This home is beautiful, spacious and clean, it matches the description very well. The kitchen had all essential cookware, plenty of room to work and gather, and it made it enjoyable to make at home meals. I would highly recommend this place if you're traveling with pets. There's plenty of space in the house, the neighborhood is great for walking, and the backyard is big, our dog loved it. The backyard also has a great patio set up, it would be great to sit out there during the summer. My family loved the fireplace, as we stayed during the winter time. Some things I didn't know about or enjoy include a cemetery behind the backyard wall, as that might creep some people out. It is a bit of a drive through the neighborhood before you reach the house. And the set up of the living room could be different, it was hard to see or hear the tv. The mattress in the master room was a hard memory foam, and the tub jets in the master bath are broke. To me none of these cons are deal breakers though.

What a great place to stay! Our children didn’t want to leave. So incredibly spacious yet welcoming! The history of the house was so cool to learn. The beds were comfy, the pool was fun to play in, the hot tub was relaxing. We definitely recommend this place and will be returning

Excellent place. Very clean. As advertised. More importantly Anna was very responsive, and when we had to cut our trip short she worked with us on a refund. Would highly recommend!

Wyatt's home was very cozy. I loved that they even had accommodations for our 4 month old daughter. She got to sleep safely in a pack-n-play as well as having a high chair if we needed it. We loved that they were thoughtful enough to have toothbrushes, combs and feminine products if we happened to need them. My kids loved that they had a nice room they could "chill" in and watch movies they like.

Very relaxing and peaceful stay here! Host was responsive when I had questions. I would have appreciated more towels (had one bath towel and one hot tub towel for two people), but it certainly was not the end of the world. Kitchen was well-stocked with the necessities. Pricy, but worth it! Will likely stay again given the opportunity. Hot tub that was practically right on the river was definitely the highlight of the stay; especially paired with the complimentary bottle of wine.

This place was amazing! We sat by the fire pit almost every night and enjoyed the peacefulness!! It had beautiful scenery and even got to see the northern lights one night.

We stayed two nights in this location, using it as a base for day trips to Mesa Verde NP and geocaching/hiking in the area. It’s a bit removed from the city, so be sure to make sure you have everything you need as you probably won’t feel like driving back into town once you’re “home” for the evening. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we slept well. We appreciated the full-size fridge, as well as tea/coffee in the mornings to get our day going. The animals on the property were pretty cute and quiet overall—we hard a horse whinnying maybe 2-3 times, a not unpleasant sound! Ronan the cat came around frequently for scritches when we were outdoors. The surrounding area is gorgeous and peaceful. When we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the apartment while loading up the day of our departure 😳 , Lorraine was lightning-fast with a solution (thank you!). Overall, we had a pleasant stay and it was just what we were hoping for.

Perfect fit for our little family. We will likely come back the next time we come through. It was a pleasant stay.
