Waterfront vacation rentals in Kinugawa River

We had a great stay! The place was very nice and clean, and located in an amazing area! Very convenient and scenic.

A hidden gem indeed, I really liked it here for two reasons, 1. it's comfortable and outside of the city from all the chaos. 2. the host was very kind and helpful to guide us to the place, first class service. The place is perfect for a couple or a single person. it's small and the reason I say couple and not 2 people because privacy will be an issue. Now if you have no issues with that then this place is perfect just keep the suitcase to 1 each. the beds were comfortable but if you sleep on top be careful not to stomp on the one below you. It's got a small fridge, table, sink, etc. the shower was nice and comfy with quick hot water so you don't wait. the AC is great kept the room warm during the cold days. no chairs so enjoy sitting Japanese style on the floor with the seat cushions. overall I enjoyed the stay and the host was top notch and very helpful. I will definitely come back, hang on ... booked it for next year.

It’s very close to my house in Shinagawa, so when my family came in to visit I thought Miu’s place was a perfect spot because I know the area well. It is close to Shinagawa station that makes it easy if you want to take express train or Shinkansen. If you bring a lot of suitcases, a taxi ride from Shinagawa is not to expensive; while if you wish to walk it’s also walkable or even better just 1-2 minute away from Kitashinagawa. Miu-san are also very helpful, responsive and accomodating to make sure the stay is enjoyable and smooth. Thanks very much! >.<

Comfortable airbnb in a peaceful location. Had everything we needed :)

Had a great stay for about 26 days. It's like renting a real apartment and living there. You need to make your own food, buy your groceries, clean your clothes yourself. The only thing I missed a little bit because it was summer was a freezer, but with a supermarket a few minutes away you can buy the ice there. Station is about 15 minutes, but I always enjoyed the walk there. You can walk along a beautiful river for a bit to get the station. I didn't have any contact with other guests or neighbors, but the walls are thin and you can hear them sometimes. I can fully recommend this apartment if you don't want the hotel experience and more of a living experience

We are pleased with the flexibility this host showed us in terms of leaving our luggages both before and after check in and check out. we had huge suitcases and it was hard to move around with them. There are limited number of lockers,especially for big ones. This alone saved us from a big headache.

I had an elegant stay with nice audio equipment and a wealth of CDs. I listened to a lot of time, but I felt that there was not enough time for a one-night stay. The host was also very flexible and recommended places to eat nearby. I went to Karuizawa for the first time, but I was so dissatisfied that I couldn't find it. I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality.😊

I enjoyed staying here. The bus station is about 10 minutes away if you’re a fast walker, but a leisurely walker will take probably 15 minutes. We didn’t mind the walk, but if walking all day it might feel longer than it actually is. Otherwise I would recommend this place. Everything was clean. Host was very accommodating. Bedding was nice and toiletry included was above and beyond. Didn’t feel the need to use my own. The heated floors were nice as well. I would stay here again.

Other than the quality of the futon and the lack of amenities, it was great The almost unlimited use of firewood for the bonfire was unmatched.

I stayed here with my friends and family for the first time in a long time.It was my first time using Airb, but I was relieved that you always responded politely.I knew it, but it was very cold and the bath was difficult.I think it would have been even more fun if I could go in the warmer months, but I enjoyed it enough to spend time with my children!Thank you.

Very, very good part of the stay Although some difficulty getting to the homestay But very immediate responses from the host were always waiting online The environment is very quiet and you can see the local residents Skytree can be seen on the way to/from Electric Rail However, if you are going to the shopping area Shibuya Shinjuku will be a little distance away But it's only two or three stations away from Asakusa Ueno

The stay was great! It was a little walk away from a station, but not too far. (extra walking means extra exploration) The location is close enough to the Arakawa river you can take a stroll. The only real downside was that the road that is right beside the rooms is quite busy and we were woken up multiple times everynight due to the loud exhaust of passing vehicles. If you stay here you may want to bring earplugs. Aside from that, the stay was great and the host was very accommodating. I would stay here again.
