House vacation rentals in Kingston

Our family had a great stay at Martin’s place over the holidays - we took full advantage of the hot tub, sauna and endless games which are huge bonuses to the property! Everything was as described in the listing and when we did have questions or concerns Martin was quick to respond and provide us with a solution. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Cliffhouse on the Bay was wonderful. Rose and Mat were very communicative and responsive right from the start. Their instructions and expectations were very clear which made check in, check out and everything in between very easy to manage. The description and photos provided were accurate and the house was very beautiful with all the supplies and amenities promised… and a lot more! It was the perfect space for a large group with teenagers. The location was also amazing - Prince Edward County is beautiful with lovely wineries and charming towns, even in the winter. Overall, our family had an amazing time and made some incredible memories - thanks Rose and Mat for providing such a great backdrop for our fun!

We loved our stay at Dayna's place and are already looking forward to coming back next year. The house is a hidden paradise in downtown Picton. It's beautifully curated and was very clean. Zev (Dayna's cousin who manages the property on her behalf) was communicative, responsive and proactive. We were so impressed and have been raving to everyone about this wonderful property

Jay was a great host. Since I was a new profile, we went through a vetting process, including sharing my LinkedIn profile, but after that, everything went smoothly. The property is beautiful, with a lot of personality, especially when you look down into the kitchen from the main family room. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, cutlery, cookware, and spices for meals, and has a fantastic stove. Some dials were finicky, and the middle grill burner wasn’t working, but we still made it work. The hot tub was perfect for the cold weather, and we appreciated the pool towels provided. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations upon arrival. Overall, we loved our stay—the place had so much charm. On a final note, we’d definitely visit again. If the mattresses were replaced with higher-quality ones, something more comfortable, it would elevate the experience.

My group loved staying at Erica’s place!! The property is gorgeous and private, we had 3 cars and plenty of room to park outside. The interior was beautiful, and well laid out. Lots of towels and pillows, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay! Many in our group commented that this was the best Air BnB they’ve ever stayed at!! Awesome location, close to everything you’d need by short drive. Erica was also very proactive and responsive. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

Great set up with plenty of room. Great communication when there was a small issue. Would be happy to stay there again.

Emily's place felt like home. Her home was pristine with a very warm feeling upon entry. Emily has been very thoughtful throughout her home, paying attention to every detail which allowed for a very comfortable and convenient stay. Her home pool was a fabulous touch; very clean and enjoyable. Emily left a thoughtful guide of her home and the area which answered any questions we had. Should you be visiting the Kingston area, Emily's home should be your first choice for accommodation.

Lovely stay at the house. Everything was well thought out and the lack of clutter really made the space more breathable. The lights were a bit tricky for figure out but the overall feel of Scandinavian style was lovely. We didn’t luck out with the weather but the house had everything we needed to have a great time inside. Great accommodation for 8 people!

Fall girls weekend in Picton was perfect in large part because we had such a great home base. Walking distance to town and so many great restaurants + shops made it really enjoyable. We loved how cozy the space was with many candles / blankets / comfortable seating areas. Can't wait to return!

The property is absolutely perfect, surrounded by the beauty of nature, and maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness. A truly serene getaway. We can’t wait to return for another visit!

This Airbnb was clean, spacious and had ample sleeping room! Its a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. The host was very responsive. Our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and we will be looking forward to staying here again in the future!

It was great that it accommodated our family so we could all be together. We were not used to using gas stove so that was a bit tricky. Some things need to checked and updated. The toilet paper holder was not very secure and fell off during use and there were light bulbs out in the upstairs master bathroom. I would suggest changing the carpet under the table because the corners roll up and someone could trip. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated her quick response.

Heather’s place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. It’s the type of place you can make yourself at home, check in instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Host is a great communicator and quick to respond, would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and will keep in mind next time we come to Kingston 😊

This place surpassed our expectations. The Little Blue Cottage was so spacious. The views, the furniture, inside and out were so fitting. Beds comfortable.

This was our second stay and it was just as perfect as the first. Lovely home, pristine and great location. Love that he leaves great snacks to be enjoyed for free. Will always be my go to location for trips to Kingston. John is very responsive too which I really appreciate. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I hesitate to review Jorge's place because it will become more popular! But here it is - this little house is a lovely place of calm and cosiness. I felt right at home here. It's clean, comfy, lots of room and in a great location. Highly recommended.

The place was spotless and had even more kitchen stuff then expected. Great view and living room plus all the bedrooms were in perfect condition!

Another fantastic stay at Sami's place. As someone with a small child it's more effective to rent AirBnB than a couple of hotel rooms. Sami's place is clean, bright, and quiet. And really. Lose to everything you light need. It has just enough space and Sami is very easy to communicate with, friendly and all around pleasant. I definitely recommend his place.

This was our second trip to the Globe House and, like the first trip, it did not disappoint us. Fred's place is in the country, surrounded by fields and treed lots. It is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. Fred's place is modern and inviting, especially when sitting on the couch by the fireplace. You are surrounded by floor to ceiling windows that gives the effect of being outside while warm and cozy inside. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to stay in and make your own meals so there is no need to eat out if that is your thing. The washroom is an oasis with a perfectly place soaker tub and a HUGE all glass shower. One can see from the washroom window, through the shower, into the bedroom and out the large patio doors in the bedroom. Fred's place is only a few minutes drive to Picton where you can spend an afternoon browsing through the quaint shops. It was a fantastic experience and we look forward to our next visit.

The Welsh House is a wonderful place to stay in Picton. Its location is just steps to Main St and manages to be both peaceful and extremely walkable to much of town. Jane is a gracious host: responsive, thoughtful, kind and this is apparent through each communication, recommendation and even in details throughout her lovely heritage home. Our family stayed last minute on a long weekend and the way Jane treated us, you would have thought we had booked well in advance. It was a very nice trip and a huge part of that was because of The Welsh House. Thank you, Jane!

Walter's place was great! We stayed over Christmas - we were visiting family nearby - and found the house comfortable and well equipped. We were traveling with our 3 teens and everyone had plenty of space. The host responded to every communication quickly even though our stay was over Christmas. Thanks for a great stay!

I recently stayed at Peng's Airbnb, and it was an exceptional experience. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful decor and a serene ambiance that made our stay incredibly relaxing. What truly stood out was Peng's hospitality. We had a last-minute change in our guest list, and Peng was more than accommodating, making the adjustments seamlessly. Moreover, when we encountered a minor issue with a beeping appliance, Peng personally came over to fix it right away, ensuring our comfort was never compromised. I highly recommend staying at Peng's place for anyone looking for a beautiful and well-hosted experience.

Very clean home and its a corner lot. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything you need. The house feels like home when you walk in and allows you to relax. Bring some K cups with you for the Keurig machine and have breakfast at the kitchen island. Great place will be going back!!!
