Family-friendly vacation rentals in Kingsford

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property, which no photo does justice to just how stunning the view of the water is from not one but two decks. A two minute walk to wonderful shopping outlets, cafe’s, dog parks, gyms, salons, everything you need. The host is highly responsive, fair and accommodating. The quiet leafy neighbourhood filled with frangipani’s next to the water is beautiful, with a private area to have a sunny cool spa outdoors or a warm spa of an evening. The bbq placed right where you can see the water is a lovely touch for cooking outdoors with a view. I had everything I needed the moment I arrived which makes life so much easier. I can’t thank the host enough for my stay. This place is truly a gem. Thank you so much!

Such a beautiful little cottage with some really lovely finishing touches. I loved the outdoor bath! The traffic noise wasn’t even noticeable, but I’m not a light sleeper. Bed was super comfy. Chantelle is very friendly, responsive and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

We had a great time at Sally’s place - spotless clean, great location, and warm welcome from John with all the best area recommendations. Neighborhood is amazing too - within walking distance to everything. Airport is only 20-30 mins away by train and that includes walking to the train stop.

Great location for access to darling harbour the city and ferries. A perfect position for any visit to Sydney. Would definitely stay there again.

Staying in Zak's little suite has been absolutely fabulous. You can really feel that Zak takes pride in his place, and he did everything to share it with us so that we could enjoy it just as much. Thank you for that! The suite is decorated with a very personal touch, which is such a wonderful contrast to a sterile hotel suite. You have an exciting sense of style, Zak! We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful rooftop pool, sauna, and spa area—simply fantastic to take a dip while soaking in that breathtaking view.

Location was amazing and the views were great there was construction around, but it was no problem at all. Everything you needed was here very happy would highly recommend Pool was amazing and the area is great. You can walk to restaurants and walk to the ferry very impressed.

Brendan and Maureen’s place is wonderful! It’s a beautiful apartment with incredible views in one of the best locations in the world, Bondi Beach. The apartment was clean, well maintained and stocked with everything listed, and is in close proximity to everything you could want/need. Getting into the building/carpark/apartment was seamless. I couldn’t have asked for a better base for a really great trip. I highly recommend Brendan and Maureen’s apartment…I promise you won’t want to leave!! Thank you!

We just stayed 5 nights with Justin and John and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice of Airbnb. It’s in a lovely street and suburb - with lots of interesting buildings. Easy access to public transport. You can see the water from the back garden. Very generous hosts who left all the essentials plus lots of treats. The studio is clean and comfortable with oodles of charm. Justin and John were very kind and helpful with suggestions, recommendations and offers of assistance. We hope to return for another holiday.

Central to everything in the Eastern Suburbs overlooking the iconic Coogee Beach. Uber rides less than $20 to everywhere (Darling Harbour, Bondi, City Centre, Harbour Bridge, The Rocks, Bondi Junction) Highly recommended and will stay there again .... when next in Sydney.

We just loved staying at Dan’s. Close to train station to everywhere and bus 339 towards Bondi. Uber easy and not to expensive elsewhere

Location in Bondi was amazingly convenient for the beach, restrauants, cafes & transport. We only needed to contact Joseph for one query & he replied very quickly. Great place & would love to stay again.

Loved our stay here! The house was welcoming, lots of natural light, well equipped and nice and clean. Great modern bathroom. The street is nice and quiet and it was always pretty easy to find a car park nearby if not right out the front. Only a few minutes walk to the main streets and close to Woolworths and some good cafes. Our kids loved the park right across the street. Roslyn was a great host, she gave clear instructions and was very responsive.

I had such a wonderful stay at Darryl and Brendan’s place! Darryl and Brendan are the kindest people and made me feel right at home. When I arrived, it was raining and Brendan was already there waiting for me to let me in which was a pleasant surprise. He even helped me carry my 2 giant/heavy bags up the stairs! The apartment itself was soo cute. The view from the porch was incredible and the apartment was so cozy and wonderfully decorated. Not only is the apartment a 10/10 but the location is a 10/10! I was surrounded by so many cute cafes and restaurants and the walk to catch public transit was short and easy. My flight arrived early so I also really appreciated that I was able to check in early. Thanks for a wonderful stay Darryl and Brendan!

Fabulous to be in Bondi but in a peaceful part of it. Walking distance to the beach and great coffee places and restaurants. Public transport is very accessible and the tap on and off with your own card meant you didn't need to fuss about an Opal card. Marina was quick to communicate with if there were any difficulties or requests. Fabulous place to stay and would highly recommend it. Can't wait to get back there again.

We had a fantastic week at Gail’s apartment - it is super comfortable; very relaxing and walkable to all things Sydney. Gail was very easy to communicate with whenever needed and helped with lots of dining ideas. Thx Gail for adding to our special week. We will definitely return

Very convenient location looking right out over the main street at shops and cafes. The building is neat and friendly. And the area feels safe all day and night. We felt very comfortable in this apartment and couldn’t fault a thing.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We can’t recommend Rob and Lynsey’s bush retreat enough! The place was exactly as shown in the photos. It was extremely clean and comfortable. They provided everything that would be needed for a weekend getaway. The trampoline was a hit with our eldest and I’m sure if it wasn’t raining the pool would have been as well. Rob and Lynsey were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Thank you for hosting such a wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s house. The space is big and well lit by natural light with gorgeous views over the bay. We greatly enjoyed the swimming pool which was regularly cleaned. John was very responsive and helpful and we felt we had adequate privacy. I would definitely recommend this place to other travellers. We felt it was fairly priced compared to other listings as the property was spacious and had good amenities.
