Vacation rentals with lake access in Kingscliff

Thank you for an amazing last minute long weekend away. This is what my family needed after the week we had. I recommend this beautiful home.

Carmels house was an ideal family holiday home. So many things to do; kayaks and surf boards provided, pool toys and the table tennis tournaments were hectic!! So many comfortable spots to relax, enough room to get away from each other if needed. Shops, beach, cafes in walking distance. A great house in a beautiful part of NSW.

Great place, good price and was well described. Had heaps of ammenities, lots of beds, pool was beautiful, Christine was on the ball with communication even with the last minute booking. There was towels, beach towels, hats, fishing rods, etc. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Fantastic house and location. The fishing jetty a minutes' walk away was an added bonus. Beautiful outlook onto park and river. House was cool, safe and quiet and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Large modern kitchen had everything we needed to cater Christmas lunch. Yard is dog friendly and there is an off-leash dog park a short walk away so the whole family was happy. Jason is super responsive to messages and check in and check out instructions very clear and easy to follow. Can't wait for our next holiday as we will definitely return.

What a fabulous little bungalow! We were greeted with some special local treats and a bottle of wine and the air conditioning on, which was a the icing on the cake after a 3 hour drive in terrible traffic. Our only gripe would be that the listing said "direct access to the beach". Although this is true, via walking through the estate, it was not direct from the bungalow which was our expectation. Don't get us wrong, the walk is still short and tranquil. The bungalow is great, quiet and peaceful. It was nice to fall asleep listening to the waves crashing at night. Brough back great childhood memories. 100% worth a stay.

It was a great place for all the family to celebrate a special birthday. Pool was great for grandkids. Plenty of room for being together and relaxing. It’s a close to everything we needed and certainly in a beautiful part of the northern NSW beaches. Loved our stay!!

The pictures don’t do it justice, the pool is huge and the perfect temperature. The rooms are very spacious, so many bathrooms. Very clean and the softest sheets. Great location! Ash was a pleasure to work with, would 100% recommend!

We recently stayed for 3 nights at Simmone’s place and we really enjoyed our time there. It’s a beautiful space and very well appointed with everything you need in a fantastic location. I would highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for one week in mid Feb 2025 - good size beautiful clean one bedroom unit with fully equipped kitchen and free parking. It’s only 5 mins walk to the famous beach, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and tons of activities. We had such a good time here!

Such a great spot for us to move into for our two weeks to begin our process of living in Australia! We settled in, the bus was a 5 minute walk that took us to the Tram line. All the ships you need are a few minutes walk. Food, booze, restaurants. Easy walk to the beachfront and walk along the broad walk! Fab spot! Chris was a great host! Having our dog there made the place 100% for us! It was spot on. Thanks Chris

Tucked away just out of Bangalow The Muddy is heaven on a stick. Ean has poured a lot of love and care into creating a beautiful place to get away from it all. If you want to turn off from the hustle and bustle we can’t recommend Ean’s place more highly. He’s thought of everything and is a great host.

What a beautiful space to spend a weekend. From the moment you enter the property the relaxation hits! Gorgeous surroundings, the creek off the main road is perfect. Girls weekend away was spent mostly in the kitchen or on the verandah chatting and it was perfect for both. Beautiful cottage - highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Beach! The house and surrounding area are tranquil and filled with natural beauty. The beach and creek are just a short walk away, making it the perfect base for our trip!

Elaine is a great host. Her place is spotless clean and very comfortable. We had our best night sleeps after busy days at her cottage which was quiet and peaceful with super comfortable beds.

You won’t find a better stay, or hosts! It’s so spacious, private and has everything you need to call it home for however long you want to stay. Konrad and Michelle met us and made us feel welcome from the offset, they gave us so much information, recommendations, and even a guided tour of some of the other amazing areas of the property they have; waterfalls, rock pools and incredible wildlife. The home itself was clean, spacious, and had lots of board games to keep yourself entertained. We can’t recommend this more. Thanks for everything, Konrad & Michelle!

Lovely cabin on a beautiful property, with everything that we needed. Perfect for relaxing but plenty in the surrounding areas to keep us busy too. Friendly helpful hosts. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Real Gem of a place ! Even better than the pictures. We had a girls retreat here, was very peaceful, quiet and right next to the most amazing beach. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. Nothing beats the view of the creek. Would book again !
